Designer's Micro USB Data Cable for HTC G7 (120CM-Length)

Pros: Great quality. Sturdy thick cable. Does not break. Head connectors are square, seem strong. Longer than original, which is great for both car, PC and power outlet (using 220v-USB adapter). Tested for charging, PC connectivity - simply works.

Cons: Can be cheaper. If it goes under 2$ I'm getting a bunch of those. Well, it's thicker, which means better quality, but then again some folks might find it harder to fold. I think it's actually easier, since it keeps the original folding pattern. Other than that - it's a cable. Cons? Not really.

Other: Get it. Beats other knock-off cables. Better than original supplied with HTC Desire.

Pros: At first sight, it looks like exactly like the original HTC package and labels. Long enough, en build quality looks ok. But then....

Cons: I disconnected the original HTC desire cable, and replaced it by this cable. (I ordered 2). Both cables do NOT work as datacable. Only charging. The cable is much more stiff than the original one. It feels cheap, not what you would expect as an original HTC cable.

Other: Don't buy this cable, it is not worth the money.

Pros: These cables are VERY good fakes. I ordered 4, all came in the opaque soft plastic bags that HTC use, wrapped with the black rubber band that HTC use, and with the little tag sticker claiming to be HTC. They work with usb chargers, they work with data (USB 2.0).

Cons: I could swear when I ordered these, they said Genuine, and now they say "Designer"... These are not HTC products, and the moulding is on the better side of average, but not perfect by a long way.

Other: They are a few dollars, shipping included. If you need micro-usb cables, buy these.

Pros: -Works as charging as well as data on my HTC Desire HD -Works with any device that uses a standard micro-USB port, definitely not restricted to just HTC devices (but do check whether it's standard, and not proprietary when it comes to your device ) -No noticeable difference when using this or the cable that came with the phone -Individually packed, so you know its brand new when you gift it to others -Cheaper than anything i can get locally

Cons: -Slightly different shape than the cables included with your HTC phones, but no big deal -Comes with this HTC label that I'm sure we can do without -Took 3-4 weeks to arrive

Other: -If you need extra micro-usb cables, just get these!

Pros: its plenty long for a usb cable the ends seem very durable, molded rubber, no plastic, very little seam it works great as a charging cable

Cons: it doesn't have any kind of strain relief which looks better than it sounds the data part of it is defective, it resets as fast possible and sitting it down and not touching it doesn't help the micro usb plug is a little tight of a squeeze in my phone

Other: i bought a data cable for $2.30 to use for charging and it does what i needed it to do and it looks good doing it, i'd buy a different cable next time

- Looks like the Original that came with the phone (including the HTC sticker)
- Cable and plugs feel solid

Cons: - Not identical to the original, the plugs are slightly more square.

Other: If you need an extra cable for your HTC, get it. The good look and solid feel make it worth the slightly higher price than some generic microUSB cables.

Pros: I bought 3 cables one to sell (:, one for me and one for my friend.
i'm using it to my samsung galaxy s, and my friend have samasung wave.
it's works great with to phones to charge and to data transfer
the micro USB good to all smartphones today (allmost every smartphone)

the material is good, dont feel cheap
it's very long so i preferd to buy a long and not a short one (even that's the short one is cheaper)

+ Works on all phones and things with Micro USB connector
+ It is long enough to connect things easy.

Cons: None. It's a cable, the quality is fine, I use it now for 1-2 months and it still looks great. I don't think it'll break easy unless you'll do stupid things with it. The connectors look solid so they wont break if you pull on the edges of the cable. Also the coating looks like it can handle some rough acting.

Other: As already stated, great price/quality, I would buy another one if I needed one :).

Pros: -->Cheap ->Easy to use, really just plug, plug, use.

Cons: -->Again applies everything I said at sku.47599 review - These cables have no shielding wire - It can cause troubles with some devices. Some may work, some not. Charging current will be lower than is with original HTC cable

Other: Best cable (with sku.47599) here on DX - I bought almost every micro-USB cable here on DX and these two are really good. Very handy to have one in bag, one at work, one at home...
