Designer's PC Wireless Gaming Receiver for XBOX 360 Controller - Black

Pros: The build quality is fine, its a little solid piece of work. As long as you won't do weird stuff to it it will probably last for a long time. Once I got it to work its really easy to use.

Cons: On Windows 7 64 bit you need to do some stuff in order to have it fully functional, or actually get it to do anything. Just look up the web with a search term like: xbox receiver windows 7 64 bit.

Other: Its a good product, but make sure you know how to do some stuff in Device Manager if you have Windows 7 64 bit.

Pros: really usefull if you have a x360 controller. I enjoy using it for several game, especially the action adventure games like max payne 3, dead rising, the witcher 2 etc.

Cons: my previous receiver just broke down after 1-2 years, thats why i just order another one. not to good with the material, it's made of plastic, but the phisical form is very look alike with the original microsoft made.

Other: this gadget is a must have for every pc gamer.

Pros: Low price. The quality is quite well - almost equal to original Microsoft's receiver.

Cons: No information that it doesn't work under Windows 7 64bit with drivers supplied on CD included. It is necessary to search the Web for solution. Updated drivers and software can be found on Microsoft's hardware support page.

Other: 5 days of use - no problems

Pros: -Works as advertised with a wireless Xbox 360 controller. -Cheaper than the Microsoft wireless adapter with the same functionality.

Cons: -The software was difficult to install; the disk that was included contained software which is apparently incompatible with my version of Windows (7 64-Bit Home Premium). Had to manually install the drivers by using the device manager and finding the drivers manually on the disk.

Other: It works fine once it's installed, but getting it installed initially may be troublesome.

Pros: Great dongle... Supports up to 4 controllers attached at once for splitscreen pc games (Dirt3 etc...) Great range eceeds stated 8m up to 10m line of sight more than far enough away to not be able to play game on regular sized TV. Cable length is more than enough.

Cons: Cable connection to dongle itself has come free of the plastic dongle exposing inner cables and shielding, will require a simple fix however dongle still works fine in this condition and this is after weeks of being shoved into a laptop bag and used daily.

Other: Great product. Great Service. Quick mailing of item.

Pros: Looks like the Original one, Easy to install. You can actually use Microsoft's driver to install it. It detected my 4 Xbox controllers perfectly. Pretty cheap (In my country Microsoft's WGR costs at least 50 dollars). I recommend to all DX users! You won't regret that.

Cons: None at all.

Other: Cheap, excelent build, detects Xbox controllers and headsets very easily and install with Microsoft's drivers. How can one not like it?

Pros: Ist cheap tool for conecting your wireless xbox controller to your pc. It's small. Overal quality is great. It doas exactly ehat it is intended to.

Cons: On my win7 pc I had problem with drivers on attached cd. They does not work so i have to search another drivers over the internet. And found :)

Other: I love it! I fall in love with my xbox controller to play rpg games on my xbox, so i want to gring that experience to my pc too. It's great tool!

Pros: After manually installing the official microsoft drivers, everything works, including the wireless speed wheel. I bought this mainly to test if I could use the speed wheel on the PC. Amazingly, it works straight out of the box. After the driver was set up, I just synced the speed wheel with the dongle, went to Gt Legends and Race Injection, and set up the buttons. It recognizes it as an xbox 360 controller, but it still works perfectly as a 180 degree wheel with no dead zone.

Cons: None, unless you have trouble with the drivers. I didn't even check out the provided disk, I just went for the official ms driver.

Other: Absolutely perfect for my needs.

Pros: Does its job well. I was able to connect an Xbox controller and play a game. Came in a retail package and looks like a well made product.

Cons: Installation isn't trivial (on Windows 7 x64). I ended up installing the drive from the CD using the device manager, and downloading the Xbox 360 Accessories Software from Microsoft (just installing the Accessories Software wasn't enough). Can be found for cheaper on eBay.

Other: It's a lot more fun to play with this and a wireless controller than with a wired one.

Other: If you own Xbox 360 controllers and wish to use them on a PC or Media Center just order it man! Even works on my Raspberry Pi!
