Replacement Power Supply AC Adapter for Asus Laptop - Black (5.5 x 2.5mm Plug Size)

Pros: I was looking for a new adapter to replace the original one for my girlfriends laptop. After few years of using the original one it stopped working properly. I was lucky to find a cheap replacement in Deal Extreme. Hear in Slovakia, the original adapter from Asus cost approx. 30 Euro in contrast to one from DX, which is under 8 Euro. I hope it will last long time. An LED on adapter is a good point to indicate operation. Some heat generated is also acceptable. Recommend to anyone, as it will work worldwide, no matter if in your country uses 110V or 220V or even 240. Fuse included also protects your laptop, great! I think it's even a little lighter then original one.

Cons: Came without a power cable. Not a big issue, as I used the cable from original broken adapter. Hope to have a longer cable (from adapter), but again, not a big problem, you can still make it longer with a longer power cable.

Other: Great value for a little money. Why to buy an expensive adapter, when this does the same job for much lass money?

Pros: - Easy to use.
- Good price
- It works some time :)

Cons: unreliable device. It could be dangerous for people. When exploded one of the covers jumped up to 1.5 meters and there was the bounce of electric voltage in my home.

Other: I dont't know, may be it was damaged when shipping, but... I think, it's not my best purchase.

Pros: This is a great product, the quality is great, the material is durable and it pleases all uses. The price is great. in my country products like this cost more than 30$. I'm very pleased of it. The post is correct, all the data written about the item is true. I have tested the item and there is nothing wrong whit it, the voltage and curents are correct.

Cons: Couldn't find any Cons. maybe there aren't any.

Other: A great product for a small price. It's not my firs order and it's not my last one.
