Cons: Mine has a bit of weird paintness going on...on the white shaker, the little guy's arm was painted sloppily so that his arm is a little wonky looking and has some of whatever this is made out of exposed. It is noticable, but not that bad!

Other: Really cute gift idea, but I bought this for myself! Buy these!

Cons: The first set I ordered was not very high quality, but the more recent replacement set was much nicer build quality.

Other: Adds a nice little twist to your dinner-table! These little characters always gather attention and look like something straight from an art-gallery. Excellent idea for an present!

Cons: * The black figurine is slightly bigger than the white on, so they don't fit perfect. They do fit very well, though.
* The cardboard box it comes in looks somewhat cheap.

Other: This is a cute thing you can have on your table. You can also give it away as a gift.

Pros: These are just like some $30 or more shaker sets from Alessi, a respected Italian design firm that makes household items. Nice and functional.

Cons: These are clones of some Italian design stores' saltshakers, so if you have a problem with that, that's about it.

Other: They're nice - any woman would appreciate them, and they're cheap.

Pros: Good price! I saw this same salt & pepper shaker (except both were white) in Tokyu Hands in Japan and it was more than 3 times the price on DX!

Cons: No chips in the finish but some of the paint is a bit thicker in places than others. I think it's the paint running to one area when they paint/coat it. But all in all it's alright finish.

Other: Awesome design for little money. If you want to give a little gift for someone then this is pretty nice. Maybe add in some other things as a house warming present :)

Pros: Very cute and stylish. Looks very good sitting there on my dinner table.

Cons: It does fit together, but not perfectly. They sit slightly apart.
The bottom hole on the black one was larger than the white one, hence the plug sat loosely on the black shaker. I wrapped some cling wrap around the black shaker's plug to fix this problem.
