Cons: - slightly hard to adjust the rope
- the words are pretty light and not really readable ( maybe its the batteries)

- it may be a bit pricey
- it will make YOU more fitter

Pros: It's a very well made rope I especially like that is made of silicon that makes it strong, handles very well made and the meter is working properly..........=) excellent product

Cons: maybe if they handle other material other than plastic it would look a little harder........

Other: nothing but respect a good product for exercise to burn off those extra pounds ... and cardio step workout.......
