Pros: Excellent scale for adjusting stylus force on tone arms from turntables. -Very cheap compared to regular shop models. -Very accurate -very small -weighing plateau is very thin -non magnetic weighing plateau, no mangetic materials under weighing plateau, so magnets in the phono cartridge can't mess up measurement
Cons: -supplied batteries are crap -no calibration weight included. Order the 5g calibration weight SKU.20010 -tare function is sensitive
Other: This is a great scale for adjusting and measuring stylus force on your turntable at a fraction of the price normal Hifi dealers charge. The non magnetic plateau on the scale and non magnetic materials underneath the plateau means you can use it with MC cartridges wich have very strong magnetic field. Get a pair of extra batteries and the 5gram calibration weight (SKU.20010) and you're ready to go. If you don't want a scale with button cells get the sku.29836 It has AAA and will do the job also.

Pros: Good price compared to similar scales with "big brand" names on top.
Cons: Uncalibrated on arrival, I was unable to use the scale at all out-of-the-box. Doesn't feel very sturdy, but for the price it's ok.
Other: Inexpensive scale to set up turntable stylus weight correctly. Definitely worth buying.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Very simple product and easy to use for my purposes - adjusting stylis force on my turntable.
Cons: As already mentioned by other reviewers the 5 g calibration weight is not included. You will need it upon the first start of using the scale, because the scale is not calibrated by default. Overall build quality is a bit flimsy, but I couldn't expect more from the product offered for such a low price.
Other: Main reason for purchase of the scale was necessity to calibrate tonearm weight of my turntable. This product does the job just right for very moderate price.

Pros: Cheap! Easy to use! Pretty Accurate. Very easy to use.
Cons: Need to order the calibration weight to confirm accuracy.
Other: Best deal going for a stylus tracking force gauge!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Easy to use, accurate, a hell of a lot cheaper than hifi-branded scales.
Cons: Build quality is meh, but for the price it's impossible to beat this little scale.
Other: This is an essential tool for every turntable owner. This little thing allows you to accurately set the tracking weight of your cartridge for a fraction of the price that hifi brands dare to ask for a device that's exactly the same as this. Order it together with the 5g calibration weight, just to be sure. Highly recommended!

Pros: Compare to the hifimarked this is the unit to go for if you like to play with you turntable adjustment. Others sell one look like this, but for 8 times the Price of this unit. Very easy to set up and use. Center point to place the Cartridge, that is what I use it for. The 5 grams weight are now supplied togeher with battery.
Cons: Dont know the long time use for this.
Other: Best Digital scale on the marked compare to Price and an essential tool for every turntable owner.

Pros: Includes: (1) Unit with clear digital display; (2) Easy to understand English directions; (3) Two batteries; (4) Calibration weight of 5 grams; and (5) Fitted carrying sleeve. Operation: Simple and accurate. Price: Incredible value! Packaging: Product securely boxed in manufacturer container, and placed inside a padded mailing envelope. In my case, the mailing envelope and content arrived in better shape than a large number of items ordered and shipped within the United States.
Cons: Product: None. Order Processing: FACTS -- 3 day backorder time; 11 working/business days (or 15 calendar days) for shipping and receipt. NOTE: The item is shipped via Hong Kong mail, and the website and customer comments highlight that shipping times are expected to be quite long. Customers need to be patient; if you acknowledge that the product price is low and shipping is free, just sit back for a couple of weeks and relax until it arrives in your mail box (smile). If you feel a periodic need to check status, the customer service operator is pleasant and responsive. However, once the item is placed in shipping status, it is improbable that anyone can accurately estimate when it will make its way from China to the United States.
Other: I discovered this item through on-line audiophile and stereo enthusiast customer comments registered on website blogs/forums. The positive remarks highlighted low price, ease of use, and value relative to comparable products offered by sound specialist stores (at 7 times the price). The reviews are true! This is the best turntable tweaking bargain I've received in over a half century of vinyl LP collecting and sound enjoyment. [IMPORTANT NOTE: My unit included a 5g calibration weight. Some reviews noted they had to buy a weight separately, so I purchased one separately. Now I have an extra 5g weight; but you don't need to if the product package you receive is the same as mine!]

Pros: It works great and has some nice useful features to it: -It has a nice clear backlit display -It comes with a calibration weight -Easy to calibrate. -It comes with a leather case -It has a little hole in the for the stylus to rest on, if you want to use it for your turntable (I guess most people who buy this thing would use it for that purpose) The manual is clear and explains everything well.
Cons: Mine had a little 0.01 inaccuracy first when tested with another 5 grams calibration weight. Which is no big deal, it just shows you how accurate it is out of the box! The calibration weight is put in place with scotch tape which leaves a little bit on the weight, giving it a 0.01 - 0.02 grams extra weight. Not a big deal either
Other: If you own a turntable and you want to set it up correctly, I highly recommend you to buy this.

Pros: Great scale, very cheap according to prices in my country. If you want to adjust your turntable very accurate you have to use electronic scale because this type of scale is most accurate
Cons: Great scale, very cheap according to prices in my country. If you want to adjust your turntable very accurate you have to use electronic scale because this type of scale is most accurateVery useful for everyone who have turntable and want to adjust arm
Other: Must have for every turntable owner
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Came with calibration weight so the other one I ordered will be a spare one. - Came with batteries, don't know how longlasting though - The scale weighting point is as thick as one regular vinyl and my antistat mat, so weighting of tracking force is easy, just removing the antistat mat and turn the power off
Cons: - No place fore storing the calibration weight in the case - Leather case are a FAKE leather plastic case. However a real leather case can't be expected with that sort of price - Plastic seems fragile
Other: - This one will be a permanent addition to my tools around turntables. - A good buy
