Pros: It works with the generic lock i tried
Good grip, only shrink wrap over the metal
cheap but good quallity

Cons: wont work with some master locks because of the double tumbler, but what can you do.

Pros: Fantastic price. a third of the price of the comb picks in the uk. If you know how many pins are in the padlock you can usually open it. check youtube for an instructional vid

Cons: none unless you have a poorly constructed lock. if the pins aren't aligned anywhere near straight it wont open them. Also it can sometimes make some poor locks useless as it pushes the pins all the way out and they sometimes wont fall back into the chamber.

Other: Cant go wrong at this price.

I have found that unlike other users I have not had to push the pins right in to open locks so i have not had any problem with pins not going back

Pros: Simple to use, fit a wide variety of padlocks, as long as you know how many pins they have.

Cons: Not really much to complain about with these, sometimes hard to fit them into some locks. Some trial and error required if you aren't sure of the number of pins or the pin configuration.

Other: A simple foolproof design that is perfectly suited to the purpose. Use wisely and carefully and you will succeed with these. Handy compact item that every toolbox should contain. Don't be rough with them and you will get a good lot of use out of these.

Pros: + Nice beginners set to unveil the mystery of lockpocking. + Good enough for big, simple locks. + It gives a great smile on your face if you succeed on lockpicking :)

Cons: - You can only unlock big locks, otherwise you cant fit the tools in. - Tools were smaller then suspected. - They seem a bit vulnerable.

Other: Nice set for the beginner, although maybe the lockpicking gun would make more bang for buck.

Pros: -very, very, very easy to use, so everybody is able to open padlocks with those picks - quite cheap - good build quality, I think you can`t crack them

Cons: - They could be a little bit cheaper - just works with cheap locks, you wouldn`t be able to oben more expensive ones - No other cons

Other: Everybody has to buy some of these... They are so useful if you lost a key or something else... It`s a very easy desing, and the Stasi already used them in East-Germany, and the have known what they did...

Pros: These are easy to use and quite effective if you can use them. I never had much of a problem using these tools unless they would not go into the lock (which seemed to happen a lot to me)

Cons: Sometimes the tool will not go into the lock because the keyway is too small to allow this. These also do not work 100% of the time. I bought these hoping I could use them often but seem prefer using my KLOM picks before even thinking about these.

Other: If I had to I would not buy these again. I find them a waste of time and mostly useless. I would not suggest them and do not suggest them. HOWEVER if you are looking to buy these from some place then DX has the best price I could find so get them here.

Pros: + surprisingly good quality, much better and harder steel than used in other picks offered here. + fair price. + variety of sizes and lengths.

Cons: - due to way comb picks work, these might not fit small or shaped keyways.

Other: It's not magic, it won't work if you do not undertand the tool. However when you do, it is a good tool.
