Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: good bang for the buck. very versatile charger capable of charging the most commonly used 3.6/3.7v batteries with the added bonus of charging a single battery . respectable charging time
Cons: polarity markings are somewhat obscure . would be better to mark on the outer casing.
Other: hard to go wrong for the price . tip: buy 2 so you can reduce the total charging time of your sets of 18650's
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The construction and size of internal slots permits (at least theoretically) to charge any known single element 3.6V Li-Ion rechargable batteries.
Cons: No spacers. No protective transparent cover. No printed spec (needed!) and operational instructions.
Other: Almost universal charger for 3.6V Li cells. Very attractive price
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: it charges two types of batteries and has a indicator light to tell you when its done. other chargers leave you guessing if you should take out the batteries or not.
Cons: the final charged voltage of an unprotected 18650 cell 4.21v , right at the batteries cuttoff. it would be better if it had a lower final charged voltage, as to not damage the battery. the charge time is about 6 hours for 1 battery, 12 for 2 batteries.
Other: slow charge times
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: cheep, easy to use
Cons: can over charge, must sue same type of battery. the outer isolation will break easily at the base of the charger so be careful.
Other: great, deal gets the job done best price
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Great charger at a good price. I tested with the protected UltraFire Batteries, 18650, 17670 and 16340. The end charging voltage was between 4.15 and 4.17 for the two chargers I bought. This is good for long battery life.
Cons: The 17670 battery was almost a little to long to fit in the charger
Other: I'm buying more for my friend to use as it is a good charger
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: As others have said "This Just Works." It's pretty foolproof, and works very well on UnProtected LIR RCR123A's. I have tried purposely inserting fully charged, or very slightly drained batteries, and the light stays green (not charging) so it is a fairly "smart" charger.
Cons: Charge time could be a little faster. It is still a fast charger, but I was hoping for under an hour on two 123A's. The connector on the charger is very stiff, and I could see it breaking with repeated unplugging/plugging. To prolong life, I leave the wire connected to the charger, and unplug from the wall when batteries are removed. Needs better identification of (-) and (+) tabs. Have to look closely at starter since they are the same color and etched in the plastic.
Other: Haven't tried on other battery types, but should work with any 3.6 or 3.7 volt Li-Ion battery that will fit (some may require spacers). Very happy for the price paid. Comparable name brands cost $30+ and aren't as good.

Pros: Great price, easy to use, charges two types opf batteries in a single unit and has a indicator light which alerts you to charge status.
Cons: Batteries can get overcharger by a little bit. The time the batteries charged was a little longer than advertised.
Other: I like the multi-use function. The light is nice to have to alert of charge status so you aren't guessing. I will be buying another to use as a travel charger.

Pros: Excellent little charger that will charge various cells and has a green/red LED charge indicator.
Cons: Does overcharge cells if you leave it on green without removing cells, sometimes known as trickle charging. The LED will also flicker between red and green when power is connected but no cells inserted.
Other: Great priced charger that simply works. Would recommend it as a starting out charger for anyone
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: it's so simple, it works
Cons: none for me
Other: why would you want any other
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Like the idea I can charge different types of batteries like 18650, 17670, RCR123A, 16340. Like indicator light red/green flashing. Charges at 3.89 volts
Cons: Removable AC adapter could be good. Could use a 12V car adapter plug with an output of 5.5 volts with 450mA
Other: Great price, nice build, versatile and great for hobbyists
