Dual Fans Hard Drive Cooling Attachment

Pros: fits well to the back of hard drive and seems to cool down drive by about 8oC

Cons: no instalation instructions

Other: once you work out how to fit it works like a dream

Pros: keeps my hard drives 1-3 degrees(c) cooler with it on.

Cons: build quality isnt the best.

Other: good for keeping hard drives a little cooler (especially if they are on 24/7)

Pros: This is a great cooler for the price. I can verify that my hard drive is 3 degrees cooler with the fan running. it definitely helps my cooling inside of my case. Good deal altogether.

Cons: None really. I'm not liking this silly 500 word minimum however. ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever. Enough with the 500 word min. already.

Other: Really great buy. I plan on buying a few more. If you are looking for a good cooler, this one is not bad at all.

Cons: It got no instructions Conect cable is short was difficult to see where to screw the HD, but finally made it cant put 2 hd one after the other, because it uses more space

Other: If you need extra cooling for your HD you should buy it, it's cheap and once you figure it out how to install, its usefull

Cons: Not much really, except if you screw the screws in too far, it causes the paint to come off the bed of the fan(not a problem)
A bit hard to bend, but thats okay

Other: I recommend anyone to buy it, as long as they are able to make air flow right by it, otherwise it pumps the hot air made by the HDD back onto it, increasing heat.

Pros: I give it a 5 out of 5 cause its silent its cheap it is easy to use doesnt consume much it does what its suposed to do and works great!

Cons: the only con its the conector quality its a bit flimsy but it doesnt matter because you wont be wanting to get it off the computer any time soon.

Other: just buy it, for real, its really really cheap for what it is and it really gets the job done!

Pros: great product very light no noise what so ever!!!!!!!!!(best part :P) very fast and slim so it can fit in an hdd case! very good color very cheap

Cons: kind of flimsy easy to bend(only if you try to bend, otherwise its very sturdy, and this is only when not screwed in place. once its screwed in, you cant move it at all!) didnt know wether to put on top or bottom hard to screw in and unscrew

Other: this is a great buy, it will work in any situation. i reccomend to any one in need of a coolent for an hdd

Pros: Fantastic product for Cooling Hard Drives, Light, Durable and Flexible Fans barely make any noises and it keeps the hard drive much cooler while performing a low level format on the hard drive with the cooler mounted overnight plus transferring files for about 24 plus hours its still cool to touch a noticeable 10+ Celsius from a hard drive that does not have the cooler which is idle

Cons: You have to watch the edges because you can cut yourself easily

Pros: this thing is just fantastic. it is quiet darker blue than the picture. works very well. tremendously quiet. works well doesnt consume much power just great

Cons: very easy to bend, also the wires and connectors are flimsy, was afraid they would brake while i was setting it up. but it works great.

Other: just amazing. could be more durable but works great! very easy to set up as well. pretty self explanatory

Pros: Its a HDD cooler for 3.5" harddisks ... what else do you need to know?
Two fans blow continously on your hdd cooling it down to avoid premature failure ... best if you live/work in hot conditions where tempreratures are high or are using programs that do a lot of read/write operations to disk (home Data servers etc)
Even with two fans its near silent but who knows how long that will last (Depending on dust accumulation and grease wear). Build quality is a little on the cheap side and the frame is bendable with bare hands but this actually helps with getting the cooler to fit on the disk.
The cooler fits on the bottom of the drive (the side with the electronics showing) because of the screwhole locations but you are free to place this on an empty drive bay above your drive if you with to blow on top instead.

Cons: Extension cables might be too short on full size ATX cases (mine was so I needed another extender) and only works on molex connectors. Newer PCs (circa 2011) onwards may not have molex connectors anymore so check before purchasing or include a sata-to-molex adapter in your purchase (not available yet in DX but search online)

Other: Buy this if
[1] You hdd temperature hovers near or above the 50deg C mark (check with HDD thermometer or any SMART app) to prevent premature failure
[2] You do a lot of data processing (database work, video editing)
