Pros: For the price, it simply can't be beat. Slips right in like a normal SIM card, boots right up and gives you access to the functions of your cell phone which would not normally be available without a sim card present. It can be used in all phones and allows you to access your phone's memory including memory cards that may be present in the phone. This is great for transferring contacts, images, messages if you replace your phone and do not have any software installed on your PC. It also saves time as you do not have to transfer the information from the old phone to the PC and then to the new phone, just mark all contacts, activate bluetooth and send across to the new phone.
Cons: Wish that it didn't always ask me to search for GSM networks but i'm actually just nitpicking to make up the 500 word minimum
Other: If you got some mobile phones lying around that could serve as alarm clocks, mp3 players, cameras etc which you wouldnt mind letting the kids use, get these, you won't have to worry about them making calls etc as there is no network.
Best bang for the buck in my opinion

Pros: If your (UNLOCKED!) phone needs a SIM so that you can do stuff on it, and you don't have a SIM for your phone (because you don't use that phone anymore, etc.), then... yeah, it's shaped like a SIM card and will fit into the SIM slot just fine.
Cons: If your locked phone needs a SIM so that you can do stuff on it, and you don't have a SIM from that provider, you're probably out of luck. This one won't help you -- mine still asks for subsidy password.
Other: Well, I wish I could say it was useful for me. The only reason I didn't mark it lower on usefulness was because I read the other reviews and think those are really valid uses for them. But the bottom line is that they're pretty much 100% useless for me, unfortunately.

Pros: This works as advertised. Very useful if you're a phone nut and don't have a dozen sim cards laying around. Price is very fair and I have no complaints. Tested on Touch HD, N96, e61i, Touch Diamond, N7610, TyTN II and a bunch of "dumb" SE phones.
Cons: These cards could be built better. As I did brake one of them pulling it out of a N96 last week. However, this is actually just nit picking. Given the price of these 3 items, its built fine and you do get 3 of them, so breaking one is not a big deal.
Other: If you need this, buy it. Simple as that.

Pros: These work great if you are looking for a way to get use out of your old cell phone. When inserted, the phone displays "Emergency" as the provider. I'm currently using a few old phones as mp3 players and alarm clocks.
Cons: All of the card were sticky.. I thought this was kind of odd. They all are working fine though so I cant complain.
Other: Great product for the price. I recommend it.

Pros: These let you boot a cellphone that requires a SIM to work, without having to put a working SIM in it. Great for testing phones, doing software updates on Nokia phones and just browsing the menu system. Lets you perform all the options in the menues, but does not work for making calls. Testing only.
And they're cheap. You could even get the 10-pack, cause they're bound to go missing after a while.
Cons: There's a SIM-menu in chinese only, but that's just barely a con. More of a minor annoyance if you happen to find it, and barely that. Would have been great if they could load SIMs like these with some testing tools, but I imagine they would be much more expensive.
Other: If you do cellphone-repair or testing, don't look further. You'll need these. I use them all the time at work, testing and updating our company-phones without having to use my own SIM.

Pros: Ok price but I am super cheap even when it comes on getting a screen protector. This card is very useful if you want to play with an old unlocked cell that accepts SIMS.
Cons: How can a sim card have cons?
Other: There is no other way to get cheaper cards just buy it.

Pros: - works great with a nokia musicphone and Sony Ericsson telephone.
- nice dummy cards which are very cheap and usefull for in your mobile.
Cons: - doesn't work with the older siemens telephones.
- build quallity is poor.
Other: It didn't work with an old Siemens telephone. But, with an newer Sony Ericsson telephone and Nokia telephone it was just working great. Nice that these products exists. You don't have to buy a simcard for a lot more money, and just can have fun with your mobile phone.

Pros: - Cheap
- Compact
- Useful
- Worth the money
Cons: - Sticky/dirty
- Used
Other: Its annoying how some phones don't let you use its built in applications/functions when you turn them on without a SIM card. It is worth the money to have a few of these dummy SIM cards so you can reuse your old phones as MP3 players and other uses. Oh, the SIM cards are a bit dirty for some reason.

Pros: - Allows phone to work fully without a network
- Useful for updating firmware
- Useful for retrieving data from previous phones
Cons: - Some Chinese or similar characters on first boot, could be a hassle depending on the phone
- A bit dirty and used looking like others have mentioned
Other: Allows you to upgrade, backup, and generally use phones which you are repairing.
Cheap, and no worries about making calls you can't afford

Pros: Very very very inexpensive. Works perfectly, and does exactly what it promises to do. Turn off the phone, insert the sim card, turn it back on, and you're done.
Cons: Absolutely no cons.
Other: Perfect. Do not hesitate to buy this; even if you don't need it, it's always useful to have. Gives you access to games, alarms, and other extra features you may have grown attached to on an old phone. I currently have it in a cheap phone to use as a very portable travel alarm clock. This is a brilliant device.
