    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Price is pretty good, thats about it.

    Cons: The build quality is terrible, the remote pretty much fell apart in my hand. The IR sensor is poorly placed on the USB dongle and should be located on the end of the dongle not on top of it since it makes it almost impossible to have line of sight with its current location. The remote wouldn't respond at all when my system was on its side since the IR port is blocked when stood up I could use the remote from half of my room but since the IR signal from the remote is terrible I had to be within 6-7 feet. The buttons often don't respond or respond multiple times.

    Other: This is not recommended by me, especially if you have the PS3 on its side. The IR dongle might be ok have a good universal remote that you can learn commands with and have the PS3 standing vertically.
