DVI 24+5 to VGA Adapter Dongle (M to F)

Pros: good body and it works

Cons: its kind of longer than on the picture ( like you can see at my picture ) and the screws are some kind of strange...

Other: when you have a DVI output and you have a vga monitor, buy it =)

Pros: Works, smaller than most adapters out there.

Cons: Mine was a different shape to the one pictured, about 1cm longer.

Other: Great price, why not? :)

Pros: Good for people (like macbook pro users) who don't want to buy apple's one for soo much more money. Also good as a spare if you don't want to ruin your good apple one.

Cons: Mine isn't the same as the picture. It's missing the pins around the fat long one. Still works (I think!) too the DVI's full output macs need, I have submitted a ticket. DX should fix this up...Didn't come in any packaging so that was poor. But for the price I can't complain!

Other: Buy one just in case!

Pros: It does what it does without fail. The plastic moulding of the adaptor's case is a little questionable; though it is solid and it doesn't seem that it will fall apart anytime in the near future, it isn't very well polished and the finish isn't top quality. BUT it does the job.

Cons: The tightening screws are a little hard to access due to limited room/design, but manageable.

Other: If you need it, get it--this is the most cost efficient I've seen.

If you need something quick, shipping might take forever depending on where you live.

If you want something "sturdier" and more for long-term use and fear the quality and reliability of this possibly falling apart sometime in the future...either buy 5 of these and IF they break the replacements will last you another 10 000 Kilometres, or go out and buy one for 5-10 times the price.

Pros: - shipped fast - does its job well so i can now dual screen the item was the same as the pictured one

Cons: - it was a little small and i had a hard time screwing it on

-one of the screw didn'T line up because of excessive plastic but i trimmed it of and worked perfectly afterward

Other: this is a good product that make it a lot easier for me to work on big project since i can now use 2 monitor.

Pros: Does what it must do perfectly. Now I can use my old screen as a second monitor on my new PC. It fits very good because it is very very little, so there is enough space at the back of my computer. It is the same as on the picture.

Cons: Nothing, it's just perfect! For me it must only work, and it works.

Other: If you need a perfect little Adapter which does it's job perfect for a very little price, buy this item!!

Pros: *It is a really cheap adapter i looked on ebay and one like it is a dollar more expensive but i bought it from DX because i care about the extra dollar lol.
*Easy To use
*Great quality doesnt flicker when using screen, same as if it was just a normal connection.

Cons: *The screws on the adapter are hard to move and it gets in the way a bit, but this is no reason not to buy it.

Other: If you want a second monitor buy it or if your current VGA port is messing about optimize your DVI port with this.

Pros: Good material and build quality
This adapter has probably the lowest price you can find on the market
Does what it is supposed to do

Cons: The two screws that tighten it firmly on the back of your computer are a little bit hard to screw/unscrew but that is not a real problem.

Other: An adapter at such a low price is a good buy!!!
If you need one, then get it!

Pros: bought a few of these to use some small LCDs as secondary displays in case mods - work perfect and I can't fault their operation

Cons: The worst I could say is that they are a dull grey and the thumbscrews are a bit fiddly.
More colour choices in future perhaps? maybe UV reactive ones too?

Other: Most video cards nowadays come with two of these sort of adaptors, but good to know DX sells them so cheap that I can always have spares sitting around the office to give out to ppl - I don't care if they never get returned.

Pros: This product is sturdy. Solid construction. Fit my macbook pro well without protruding under it and making it sit unevenly on a table.

Cons: Didn't work as a replacement for my macbook pro dongle. I ended up spending $20 to get a new one at the apple store. Pity it didn't work out!

Other: If it worked on my macbook pro it would have been an awesome deal for the price point. Unfortunately, either I got unlucky or this isn't the right kind of adapter.
