What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: * "Transmitter" is compatible with all R/C simulation softwares.
* Plug n Play. No need to install any extra driver.
* Flap button and gear switch is in "right place" with most of the known Transmitter brands, so that you can also practice the places of the button and switch.
Cons: * Build quality is not best for the price due to other brands. Sticks looks like a toy and makes me feel could be broken in any second. Manufacturer could sell it 3-5 USD cheaper.
Other: Although I noticed some cons, it is recommended for the newby R/ pilots.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Well, I think it's essential for new pilots and it will save you LOT of money.
I stopped counting how much helicopters I crashed in the simulator :)
Cons: Build quality could be better, but for me it's enough.
Other: My friend broke the stick on similiar box but he's flying planes.
So if you fly helicopters (Mode 2 is better for heli I think) you shouldn't have problems since you will rarely move sticks more than 30% (beginner)
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It is an important one stuff makes Rc and does not end up with hundreds of euros repair after crashing his plane or helicopter.
It connects easily and is useful FMS can also be used on RFG4 and AFP and AFPD knowing how to connect of course ^ ^
It is quite easy to configure and seems very solid construction.
The flashing red light indicates that it is plugged into the USB port.
It works very well under Windows Vista Ultimate sp1.
For amateurs and RC confirmed.
Cons: Even the sticks seem solid and I've had no problems with so I can find nothing àà write.
Other: Depending on the simulator you use it may be more difficult to configure but it does not pose the real problem and it mostly avoids wholesale cost so it is more useful for a good RC pilot and for those who want to become .
Properly secured in the package it arrives at its destination without any problem.

Pros: Very nice for training on flying RC planes and helicopters. If you crash in a simulator repair cost = 0! If you have a RC plane or heli, just buy this as you will save A LOT OF MONEY on parts you would have destroyed in real life... Good build. Good english manual. Works "out-of-the-box" - just plug and play.
Cons: None. Really!
Other: If you have a RC plane or helicopter, just buy this!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: -it works whit other flight simulators. (real flight G4)
-it has very accurate joysticks.
-it’s a nice good controller quality is also very good.
-windows see's this simulator as an joystick you can also use it in other games and software.
- it works also whit windows 7 I have tried that.
Cons: -the fms software is not the best but you can download other software.
-the usb dongle is not very stable it looks like it can be broken every moment.
Other: if you love the rc world just buy one.
it is always good to practice
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The controller seems to be sturdy enough for the price. It's a full-sized controller so it simluates the feel of a transmitter nicely.
Cons: The 'mix' switch doesn't seem too useful unless you have a v-tail model you wish to simulate--it would have been nicer to have a dual-rate switch or perhaps a throttle hold switch.
Other: It works well enough for basic helicopter and plane simulators. A few more controls would be nice but for the price this works quite well.
I'll definitely be using this to practice hovering so I can reduce the liklihood of crashing my r/c helicopter (again).
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Works out of the box, easy to configure and use
Cons: Build quality is bad. Plastic case is so thin at some spots that you can make a hole in it by applying light pressure. A piece of plastic that holds control sticks is badly fixed and moves back and forth. It also has quite short usb cable and accessible battery tray which is useless in usb-powered simulator. Mix switch is useless, it only confuses simulator software, it would be better to have additional switch instead of dial knob on the right.
Other: Usefull item, but quality must be improved
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It works. Looks like a real radio control and can be used with several simulation software (like joystick)
Cons: Buiding quality and finishing are not that good and usb dongle seems fragile, but so far is resisting.
FMS softawe doesn't work on Windows 7 (I found some solution in the internet). FMS works nice on Windows XP.
I bought another software and is working fine.
Other: A good investment to save your real RC helicopter from crashing while you are learning. You can use for other games since it seems to work as a set of joysticks.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Good build quality for the price, it is best than most of the cheap transmitters who come with cheap helicopters.
- Sticks are good to use and they move without getting stuck or loose, it looks like and feels as a real mode 2 Transmitter.
- The device was detectec without problem in Windows 7 x64 Service Pack 1, and it was detected as PPM (game controller / Joystick ). The driver was included on Windows or downloaded from windows update, no driver CD was required.
- Package provided by manufacturer is good enough to survive the postal service, the box arrived somewhat damaged but the controller itself was perfectly protected with Foam.
- It can be used with other RC simulators, some calibration or adjust may be needed, but it will work if you setup it right. Clearview, Aerofly and other simulators will work with it.
Cons: - The FMS simulator included on CD looks like it is not compatible with Windows 7 x64, maybe there are ways to fix it. I have not try to fix it, because i use another simulator.
- The USB cable is only 1m , probably need to use USB extension if you want to use it on rear usb ports.
- The USB connector have a small circuit board inside, and looks a bit fragile, need to take care to not break it.
- The installation and configuration can be somewhat complicated for some people who dont have much experience with computers, may need someone to help with it.
Other: - a Good product to learn how to fly Rc models. Using emulators to practice and you can reduce your expenses in parts to fix your broken models.
- DX have this available as mode 1 or mode 2, take care to choose the right model for you. mode 2 is the most used in the world, but mode 1 may be the more used in your country. Do some research if you have doubts about wich mode you will use.

Pros: Although is a cheap plastic controller, it's precise and good to use. I've used it quite a lot (1hr a day for more than 30 days now) and it's still precise with no looseness.
It's easy to install (Win7 64bit), just plug it.
Cons: The FMS sim is simply crap. Do youself a favor and get another one, I bought Clearview and don't regret it!
The USB cable could be a little longer, so I recommend getting a USB cable extender.
Other: Good buy, I recommend it!
