Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Works Fine with Slim PSP
Fairly Cheap and saves tons of money
Sounds the same as other headphones
Long Cables
Cons: For some reason left headphone is longer than the right which makes you tape it so it can be balanced.
Build is very cheap
Can be too long.
Once you fix the headphones it is too short. The length of the headphones isn't adjustable - forcing you to bend your neck.
Other: Basically, it's a good deal. Don't get to excited because you will be disappointed.

Pros: Works very very well with my Slim (2000) PSP
does not work with FAT (1000)
Sounds is the same as other headphones
Cables are long
The remote works good.
i like the DX packages!
Cons: Don't know why but left headphone is longer than the right one.
that makes you tape it so it can be balanced.
Built materials are quite cheap
The length of the headphones isn't adjustable so you have to get that as it's in the package
Other: Wired Remote Control for PSP Slim/2000
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The Sony ones cost about $35 where I live. I like the shiny finish on the inline remote. The build quality is above average with its thick wire and snuggly fitting plug. Also, the white colour goes well with all my other white PSP accessories. The next track and previous track buttons double as fastforwarding and rewinding functions. Plus, one of the headphones wire so when listening to only one ear, the other headphone won't be dangling (See "Other Thoughts" for details).
Cons: The build quality of the headphones was poor. The wire is thin and rough. Also, I find the wires to be too long when the headphones are combined with the inline remote. The hold button on the remote is a bit difficult to use. I find it too be a tad small.
Other: The price is great. I only wanted the remote, but the headphones was a bonus although the headphones was a disappointment. Those that are interested in this product, I would say buy it only if you are interested mostly in the remote and to replace the headset. The remote is great, the headset not so much.

Pros: Doesn't have the buzzing sound which most of these remotes for the PSP tend to have, even the official Sony version, but see cons below. Inexpensive. Works.
Cons: Doesn't have the microphone connection so you can't use the remote with Skype.
No buzzing but it does have some hiss although it is barely audible under normal circumstances.
Other: Skip these if you want the remote for use with Skype, otherwise a decent value.

Pros: Good price for a PSP slim remote + headphones. Looks decent on the exterior. The remote control and headphones works as they should.
Cons: Build quality is poorer than average than other DX goods. Some buttons on the remote does not have a very good feel when pressed. For example, one of the buttons does not "click" when pressed and some other buttons are tougher to press down than others. The back cover of the remote to which the clip is attached to comes off easily, revealing the internal circuit board inside.
Other: If you can accept the not-so-good quality, this is a good buy for the price.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Very cheap compared to the original product manufactured by Sony brand. It looks exactly like the official Sony product.
Cons: On one side of the front bottoms there was a factory scratch. You have to press hard on the buttoms to make them work properly, and the middle bottom (pause/play buttom) seems to be a little loose. It can get scratch easily but I bet the original can also get scratxh easily on the chrome parts. The headphones seem to be a little cheap, but you can replace them with any other headphones that you own. Both the control and headphones together are very long.
Other: I bought it because I needed a remote for my psp slim. I use this remote and I replaced the headphones with some other ones that I had. Good product if your mainly looking for a remote.
