    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Works as expected.

    Cons: 1. Ballast Voltage (in) specification is 8V-32V.
    I tested this unit with a (calibrated) laboratory power supply. It DOES NOT start if the input voltage is 9.4 Volts or less.
    This is not a big deal, if used in cars etc (the battery voltage is always more than 10 Volts).
    2. The other ballast power in connector had a assembly failure. There is a small part of seal rubber inside the connector, which prevents proper locking of the connector.
