ECAR Xenon Super Vision HID Vehicle White Light Headlamp Set (9006 6000K)

Pros: These are extremely bright. I am highly satisfied by the light output. There are quite a few cons but the brightness is well worth it. I installed a set in my Honda Accord and a set in my Chevrolet Duramax and WOW. They are bright!

Cons: They buzz during warm up like a bad flourescent ballast. They do not start unless the voltage is near 12V. On my Duramax they do not consistently engage during glow plug and intake heater operation. The voltage drops too low. Since this truck is all automatic the only way to beat it is to let it warm up and the shut down and re-start. (our canadian models have automatic headlights which we cannot shut off.) The wiring harnesses are poor to moderate quality and two of my plugs disconnected at the crimp during install. I soldered them together so no big deal. I used di-electric grease and would reccomend it or vaseline in all connections. The harnesses are a little short which can make intsallation a little tricky.

Other: WOW these are EXTREMELY BRIGHT. I love them despite their quirks.

Pros: Bright, Easy to install, No flicker, Inexpensive.

Cons: Seems to be an extra bit of harness (presumably to extend high beam leads?) and some rubber boot thing that doesn't have a purpose in my vehicle, but being a universal kit I suppose they have to include some parts that some people wont need.

Other: Well worth the money, if you are on the fence on this one, just do it, pull the trigger!!!

Pros: - Very Bright - Easy to install:don't have to cut any cables, just plug and play - The price is alright

Cons: - I have a problem with one of the lights. Sometimes doesn't start, so I have to turn them off and on a couple of times to fix it. Sometimes this bulb turns off after a while. I changed the ballast but that didn't fix it so I took out the kit and left the original lamps. This is not a problem with my car (that is brand new) because I've tried the kit in another car

Other: I hope that the problem is in the bulb, so I will buy another lamps and give them another chance.
