    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: As all refills easier to use than liquid and cheap in comparison to cigarettes.

    Cons: Very low nicotine, much lower than the most lowest "1" cigarettes!" Not an alternative for cigarette smoking as you get nothing out of these. The protective foil could be a bit easier to punch through, unless you use something sharp to make a starting hole.

    Other: Buy only when you are just about to quit "e-smoking" totally. Changing from cigarettes to the low nicotine e-cigarette is far too dramatic change.
