The customer will need to cover shipping fees both ways.

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Great product. It have everyting that DVR recorder shoud have. It comes with all neceserry equpiment. You can do all seting in five minutes. Manual is goog and you got all the drivers for remote accsess on cd. Building quality is great and evrything works great.

    Cons: Only problem that I fing is a holes for HDD scruws. You can'r screw standard 3.5 " HDD, you need to drill another holes or left hdd unscruwed (that is what I did). Also, there isn't manual for hdd mountage.

    Other: I will recomend this device to everyone.
