  • Probably broken connector

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Combined mini/micro USB charger.

    Cons: Micro-USB connector (for which I bought the item) doesn't seem to be connected properly. When plugged in, the device (I tested it on two different devices) doesn't get charged. The mini-USB connector seems to work fine, so I guess the adapter itself is functioning. The adapter does get somewhat warm, so I guess the conversion efficiency isn't great.

    Other: You might happen to catch one with a working micro USB connector, but in my case, it's useless.

  • Worhtless for my Blackberry!

    Pros: In the end no pros for me. The price would have been one if it worked...

    Cons: Bought this as a spare charger for my BlackBerry (uses micro USB). Unfortunately it doesn't work! The little red light on the charger does is actually on but it doesn't charge my phone... I don't think I own devices that use mini USB so it's useless for me!

    Other: Definitely don't buy this if you have a device that uses micro USB! Don't know about mini USB but if you were looking for a combined charger like this one should be you can look further

  • Great charger

    Pros: - Compact and easy to use design. - Has both mini USB and micro USB. - Has a red LED to show it's working. - Comes in a nice package. - Build quality is good. Doesn't look like it'll break easily.

    Cons: - I haven't found any cons, yet.

    Other: Easy to take with you, good build quality. I will use it as a spare for my BlackBerry.
