Pros: This is exactly standard canon hood with model name on it. Do not have the brand title. Mounts on the fastenings on the lens so there is no problem to use internal thread.
Low price. Works exactly as it should. Fits well, and isn't loose and squeeky.

Cons: Have small seams.
A little hard to put on while using a filter.

Other: Fits well on my EF-S 18-55. It can be installed reversed this is very convinient it saves space while transporting.
Makes manual focusing easier because of better grip.

Cons: -Slightly difficult to fit in reverse on lens (this is the only con and it is a small one)

Other: -If you have the standard kit lens for canon you need this product. Stops additional light reflecting off your lens or distorting the image internally in the lens. Pros: - fits perfectly! If your want a cheap Lens Hood (EW-60C this is the one you need. Looks good, material seems to me like the original canon lens hoods.

Cons: There is a print on it for the lens hood, is not copied form the original, but who cares?

Other: If you need a lens hood as replacement for the original one, this is the cheap replacement. I can recommend this to others. The original cost comparing to this one a fortune. For what? A small piece of plastic!

Pros: Size and shape perfectly mimics the original. The thread works very well (although cheaper materials can mean faster degradation). Blocking the sun is as good as the real thing with Canon.
