External Battery Grip for Nikon D300/D300S/D700 DSLR

Pros: * Works instantly - simply attach an EN-EL3e (or another compatible battery) and start taking vertical shots more easily.
* 8 Frames per second on the D300s with 8-AA sized batteries !

Cons: * The feel is not entirely professional - feels somewhere between 'toy' plastic and the camera's plastic.
* This does not have anything to do with this specific grip - but if you bounce an external flash (such as the SB-800) from the ceiling then only one direction can be used (when the grip's trigger is in the upwards position).

Other: If you would like to try out a grip and not sure if you need one - this is your grip.
If you plainly looking for a grip and not willing to pay for the original brand - this one's for you.

Pros: -> it will fit on a d300 -> vertical grip functionality -> IR remote control

Cons: oke, here we go: -> NO WAY that 8 AA will work -> the thread was bent when i received it

Other: if you need the vertical release button: get it if you want to use more then one lion: get it if you want to use AA's: don't get it ! my opinion: this product is FAIL and too expensive. it's virtualy useless
