External USB 2.0 TV Tuner Box with Audio and Video Input (PAL)

Pros: this is useful is you dont want to spent money for a second TV and you have 2 people fighting for watching their program . It is only for cable TV , no DBTV but thats what I really want . There are not a lot of channels here on DBTV . easy to install . Works fine , full screen possible on your pc .

Cons: It is not a small box but still acceptable (like some DBTV USB sticks).
software is basic . you can let it scan automatic for the channels but you cant rename them . Teletext doesnt work but that not why i bought it for . there is a time shift between video and audio .

Other: for the price you wont regret it . easy to install and USB connection , if you dont need it just plug it out .

Pros: this usb tv card is really usefull. i bought this because my tv is really small and i wanted to use my monitor which is bigger :P
the included software does what you would expect from it. it auto-scans for channels, and you can watch them really simply.
it even has a included IR remote.

Cons: there are a few cons about this box
first one: the remote.
the remote does it's job. it just had a limited range. if i try to use it from more than 2 meters away, it fails.
also, it has an off button and a button with an power symbol (like found on computers). these two have different functions. the off button closes the software, and the power button shuts down your computer.
the software has it's basic functions. i just couldn't get the record function to work.

Other: it's not the best tv card solution around, but it's cheap and if you put a little effort in it, it works great.
