F1658 Android 4.0 GSM Bar Phone w/ 3.5" Capacitive Screen, Quad-Band and Wi-Fi - Yellow + White

Pros: Good build quality. Good screen quality and responsive touchscreen control. Fairly good CPU speed. The Android version is very basic and you will have to know what you are doing. Even changing the ringtone to a custom mp3 file required some tweaking. Most applications installed without any problems. MoreLocal2 and Hebrew support worked great but GUI stayed in English. Temple Run for example did not work. Fair sound and speaker quality. Camera quality is between acceptable to OK. I still think it is a Pro.

Cons: Since the Android version is very basic even changing the profiles required an external application. The phone comes with some simple profiles with very little options to change. For example adding vibration to the ringtone is not supported. Data speed of the EDGE mode is very low. If you need high speed data on the move this is not your best choice. WIFI receiving quality is poor. The phone did not receive good signal in places where my HTC had full reception quality. Applications can only be installed on the internal ROM! Without any external applications the free ROM size is about 130MB. After installing the required applications, free ROM is less than 100MB.

Other: I bought the phone for my daughter, a great choice for a great price.

Pros: eu comprei esse aparelho e gostei basatante,so fiquei triste pq ele nao conecta na rede pelo chip.pelo wifi funcionou bem.voces podem mim informar se tem como ele conectar na rede da operadora pelo chip?se tiver mim informe a configuraçao pra mim configurar ele aqui no brasil.se eu conseguir vou ficar mais satisfeito.

Pros: El teléfono se lo compre a mi hijo, y esta muy contento con el. Por lo que pude probar, es una buena maquina en relación a su precio. El procesador es bueno, rápido, cámaras aceptables, tiene una muy buena sensibilidad la pantalla, 100% recomendable para que tu hijo tenga un teléfono moderno, sin gastar muchos pesos!

Cons: Aun no pude hacer que funcione el WIFI con protección WEP. En otras redes con protección WAP o superior, no he tenido problemas. Espero que esto se puede solucionar desde el teléfono, y no cambiando la protección del router. El resto, esta bien. El manual tiene letras muy pequeñas, solo puede leerse con Lupa, y solo esta en ingles. No es bueno esto.
