Cons: It is coated with slippery layer (you can see it on photos) that's why it is more comfortable to ears compared to 21094. Also the material is a bit different. Bad point that the coating corrupts after some usage, and after that plug becomes almost unusable.
I can't say better than WesleyWex from forum: I bough some of them and they didn't last so much (using for sleep, they were good trough 4 nights maximum, after that they were going to their normal size much faster making impossible to insert into my ears).

Pros: They look just like in the picture - Small, Orange coloured, and very felixble too. I believe that anyone who is after a good pair of these would be satisfied with them. It's quite OK. I believe it is not expensive and it does the job well, anyone who needs it wants to have a good sleep or quiet during a test or any other kind of activity and for that it should be very good.

Cons: It takes a bit time to make them fit your ear but once you get it it's fine

Other: I'd buy more if needed.

Pros: -They do the job
-They're comfortable.

Cons: -They can be deformed permanently if you're not careful with them.
-They could send 2 sets for the same price.
-The plugs could use some extra material at the bottom to make them easier to remove (maybe a thicker base).

Other: The foam is the best for musicians. I'm a singer (in a death metal band, so ear plugs are necessary), and anything more solid than foam creates a vacuum in the head and you end up only hearing yourself sing. This foam plugs are not 100% impermeable to sound and air, and that's a good thing for me.

Pros: + Good quality soundproofing. Absorbs most disturbing sounds but you can hear loud speech, or ringing alarm clock.
+ Very comfort. For example, they are much more comfortable to be than most in-ear headphones.
+ When a large order, the price varies considerably for the better. Buy several, if you plan to use often.

Cons: - Lasts for several uses. I expected more, but they'll do for a first experience in using these, as are soft and they can grind into the ear without the risk of becoming deaf.
- My wife can not insert, uncomfortable. So before you buy, make sure your ears are big enough and you, for example, do not feel discomfort when using in-ear headphones, then these plugs you will seem like a fairy tale.

Other: Nice stuff, good stuff, nearcheap stuff, but usefull stuff. Sometimes it is simply indispensable thing, and in many situations, not only for sleeping.
Just insert and all the bad things in this world will go away. ;)

Pros: - It's very comfortable;
- Really works, it's isolate the external noise very efficiently;
- Good finishing.

Cons: - It's a little bit over-priced (but if you buy a large quantity of it, the price will drop and could be more adequate);

Other: I'm pretty satisfied with this. It really could be a little less expensive, but next time I think I will bought more of this and the price then should fit better.

Cons: - Since is a simple item and well made, I didn't found any cons yet - don't know about the durability yet, in a couple o months I let you know.

Other: It's a really cool gadget, In my case, as a Photographer sometimes in shows, when I'm near or under the scenarios, speakers and sound equipment is strongly loud and could hurt. I recommendit, it's really cheap, just buy it!

Pros: I used different plugs, but that plugs is really great. Material is very good, it's not became dirty after one week of using every night and isolation is really great. I think, lifetime of these earplugs is really long. SKU 21094 cheaper, but worse. Popular here Pharmadoct and Molex are worse too.

Cons: The price! It's rather high, really.

Other: Well, I think, I will buy a bunch of these plugs soon (10+ pairs), because it's really very good. It's better plugs I ever used for last 4 years (I use it every night, my dream is not so good).

Pros: Cheap solution for not getting my ears damaged during band practice. I bought a couple of those, use them once a week. You can clean them off with some water for longer use. But eventually they'll wear off.
Works great tho.

Cons: It's a little difficult to insert them in your ears. You really have to squeeze them and then shove them far up for the best result. It's not the most confortable feeling but I think that will still be the same with any other piece of foam, plastic or rubber i'll shove up my ears.

Other: Good product. Good solution for my band practice so I guess it will work fine in other situations too.
