Cons: Under the flimsy mica cover are two bent metal contacts, each held closed by a somewhat strong spring. The bend wasn't great enough and the contact was crushed when I inserted the MR16 pins.

Other: I have to agree with the other reviewer that this should be priced less. After seeing the guts, I don't think that the design and build quality is very good, especially the overly-strong springs and flimsy mica cover.
