Firewire 1394 PCI Card with Software CD + Cable

Pros: Fast, can transfer video perfectly on-the-fly without any loss or problems from a compact MiniDV tape.
Windows 7 automatically detected the device and installed the proper drivers, and then it automatically detected the camera and asked for video transferring.
It has many inputs so it can probably work with several devices at once.
It's pretty short so it doesn't intefere with the air flow from the GFX card

Other: Windows 7 usually install the latest driver, so use this driver instead of the one in the CD (unless you're using Windows XP or older, as these don't automatically reconigse the device)

Pros: I promised my sister to convert all her DV tapes to DVD for many years now, so I finally bought this firewire card, and I easily transferred the contents of the DV tapes to my PC. I did some small editing, and burned the tapes on DVD's... really very easy to do! I already had a high quality firewire cable, so I didn't use the one included, which seemed to be of less quality, but probably still works good. I didn't try that one though. I only read the 1 review here, which was good enough for me to decide to buy it, and the price was really cheap, so I took my chances. Pros: -Easy to install -Easy to use -Build quality -Very cheap price -Does the job without any problems!
