    Cons: Should bring some brief manual about how to adjust it. I figured out but it taked some time. The lower piece that is in contact with the soil is fixed only by pressure , can not be screwed. I worried I will miss it in my first trekking

    Other: I recommend it if you do trekkings and outdoors walking in rough terrain .
