Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: small
Cons: too weak to support my camera in any other position than straight forward, can't look up or down or it just bends and collapses.
Other: get the bigger one, it's perfect
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It is very flexable, easy to use
Cons: package was all messed up and crushed.
Other: nice little stand, whom ever came up with this must made millions.

Pros: this looks like the original and i think it works like the original. i always wanted one but original is unabashedly expensive.
Cons: my compact digital camera weights 247 grams and this tripod can not support it. if there were no the 2 vertebra-es above the 3 legs-join i suspect this would support my camera.
Other: give this a try if your camera is a lot lighter than my 247 grams. you will love this, a new world will open to you like long exposure night shots.

Pros: - Flexible: fits on any surface, and can even be attached on tree branches or other structures available
- Nice colors
- Strong enough to support my Canon SX110, despite what the other reviewer said. Maybe he had a defective unit.
- An amazing resource is the connector where you fix the camera. You screw the connector on the camera, not the tripod. Then you just connect the tripod. So you can quickly remove the tripod or put it back.
Cons: - Not a big con: the first time you use it, you need to move every part to break small plastic parts that link the legs.
Other: The same product are sold here in Brazil for about 10x this price... ubeliavable

Pros: Very very cheap compared to the real gorilla pod. It works great and is really handy for those awkward camera shots, I have used mine a lot indoors. Wrapping around handles and the like. I've used it up mountains too to get a good purchase on a rock and as a monopod of sorts.
Cons: You may need to "break" the little plastic connectors before using it the first time. Maybe a carry over from the moulding process. But its almost fun - like popping bubble wrap :D
Other: much better than my old mini tripod and so cheap to be able to buy two - one for the bag and one as a spare.

Pros: - Flexible type tripod designed for digital gadgets, cameras, and camcoders - Fits into your purse, backpack, or roomy jacket pocket - Fit any camera with the standard screw - Work perfectly - Look nice and expensive - Fell really solid, you know your camera won't drop - It's cute! - Really useful, you can put your camera anywhere!
Cons: No cons!
Other: Buy one, Buy two, you will like em!

Pros: A perfect mini-tripod. Attaches to any surface (as long as you reach the legs, of course) and move the ball perfectly, without squeak, do not go very fair or move on their own, as I had read. With gentle pressure you can change form.
Cons: It may be a little big, but you can take it easily into a purse *** Quizás sea un poco grande, pero puedes llevarlo perfectamente en un bolso.
Other: Recommended :-)

Pros: *Easy to use, very flexable. *Useful, you can put your camera anywhere. *Fit any camera, even my JVC video camera. *Small. *Good grip. *Works great. *It have a nice quik release buttom, so you dont have to unscrew it every time you have to take it off. *SUPER CHEAP!
Cons: NO Cons. NO Cons.
Other: In Norway, it cost 60$ in photo stores. This one does the same job, but for only 4.15$ So, buy one! And did I say, SUPER CHEAP!

Pros: Hold's a small camera quite well
Legs can be bent so it can mount on pretty much any surface
Has a quick release so you can remove camera from tripod without having to unscrew it
Low price compared to the original product
Cons: It can not support a large or DSLR camera, so don't get this if you plan on using it with a large or heavy camera.
I tried putting my Rebel on it and it just flopped right over.
Other: Great tripod for the right situation and price.
Can allow you to take pictures from odd vantage points by mounting it to unique locations like walls or ceilings where a normal tripod can not go.
Recommended.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Very cheap. Has quick release plate. Very easy to attach.
Cons: It is small (specially if you have looked some really expensive gorilla-pods in store). Yo can firmly attach it only around smaller objects (maybe less than d=5cm). Even tho three legs provide enough strength to hold smaller cameras (<200grams), there is one more single joint where the camera connect. This is the weak ling and it can barely hold the weight when the item is new.
Other: Cheap solution for very small cameras and needs some tinkering.
