Pros: Works well with 3gs +hard case, and iphone4 + bumper. Signal is strong so audio quality is good if you pick a frequency not already used by a radio station.
Cons: LCD screen is defective, the number after the decimal point is not shown entirely, but I was able to guess the frequency by counting the number of button presses. Remote control is working but has limited range and more especially a limited angle: you need to align the remote with the iphone pretty well for it to work, but I don't use it much.

Pros: Small, fits perfect for my Ipod classic 80 Gig. No need for the power line, though it's complimentry. When you find a "silent" FM station it works great.
Cons: Hard to find a clean station - and even if you find one as soon as you drive out of town you'll need to adjust it again... And you can't start palying with it while driving.
Other: Good buy if in your area you have a lot of free range between the radio stations... if you take over an exsisting station, you will hear noises.

Pros: - High signal capability. - Works without any dependency to a power source
Cons: None. Maybe a better build quality could be nice. Packaging was damaged when i received it.
Other: Working without any batteries or charhing, this device could be a life saver both on short and long car trips.

Pros: Small, cheap, works well. Very good range. I tested this by turning on a radio in my house and walking down the road. I would give it a range of at least 50m, maybe more given line of site. Even worked through the walls in my house. Much better than I had expected. Remote worked perfectly with Ipod classic. Looks nice and expensive. Cool blue light on the display.
Cons: The remote didnt work with my Ipod touch 2g.
Other: Cheap but well built. Buy it!

Pros: It works with iPhone 4
It works
It has remote that also works :)
It can be used with Bluetooth handsfree headset
It has a charger that you can use at the same time
You can use it without connecting power to it as it uses such small amount of power! I have been using it on a 5h drive and the iPhone battery indicator showed ~70% at the end
Easy to use, just plug it in, set the freq., choose the playlist and play :)
Cons: It could have a bit greater range, as you can hear it starts loosing signal after 3-4m away of the radio receiver (I was testing it indoors with my hifi tuner).
But, greater range would mean more battery power so I am content.
You have to choose a good location of an iPhone while using it inside the car. I had to change freq a few times as "normal" radio stations were interfering
Other: Great product, cheap and simple to use. Doesn't have a heavy impact on battery life of your iPhone.
It has a remote ! with battery already included so you can skip songs without touching the iPhone itself.
It can be used with BT handsfree.

Pros: It just works fine inside of a house and in the car. I tested it and it has a range of 10m. No white noises or something, just clear sound. Sound level is normal.
Cons: Build quality is not very good. But it works and it doesn´t falls in parts so this con doens´t really matters.
Other: I have verified that it is working with a 4th gen iPod Touch, iPhone 4 and iPod Nano 4th gen. (all iDevices on last firmware, except iPhone 4)
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It's very cheap. It works in the car and at home. The sound is good, concider the price and build quality. It was perfect for my ipod 3 and iphone 4. The remote controll is perfect. You can turn it on/off and change the song.
Cons: When I used in the car, the sound was not so clear when I used the car charger. When I removed the car charger, the sound got much better. You also have to remember to turn off the autotune on the radio, or it suddenly will try to find a channel.
Other: Well spend money!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It's very light and small
Gets power from iphone, no need for additional batteries
Powerful - can overcome a radio station if set close to receiver, if found an empty frequency - range is over 10 meters(actually it may be more, but it depends on frequency clogging in your area)
Has remote control
Works well with my iphone4
Cons: Noises from car electro circuitry come through included charger
Design is not a big part of it
Other: Just does it's job
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Lets you hear (transmit) your songs directly through the radio, that's good if you're driving with an old stereo, or switching cars and you want to hear the music you have on your mobile phone. It is easy to use and it is small enough to fit in your pocket or anywhere, like your ashtray. You can probably save some money on CDs with this one.
Cons: It does not have the best quality, but surely not the worst, you won't suffer with the quality too much.
Other: It's a nice enough product, with a very good price on DealExtreme. It's useful, I recommend it.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - really cheap price - great quality - all remote functions work - no batteries required to work (it uses your ipod's battery) - small and lightweight - blue backlight - awesome range for transmitting
Cons: - some sound interference with the charger
Other: You should buy this transmitter if you hate burning disks for music in your car (or if you don't have a CD player) Itll save you during those long car rides and theres nothing on the radio
