G4 4W 6500K 270-Lumen 68-0805 SMD LED White Light Bulb (DC 12V)

Pros: Very compact.
Two stages of light., about 40% of the Leds will illuminate between 5 volts and 9 volts., all the Leds illuminate above 10 Volts.

Cons: 1) The polarity is not marked. You have a 50% chance of correctly guessing which are the + and - connections.
I used 6V to determine the polarity and then marked it.
2) Do NOT use this above 12 volts !. I repeat, this unit is for a maximum of 12 volts.
It gets hot enough at 12 volts, but at 14 volts it will get so hot that the solder melts and the the Leds move !
[ Note that a car battery produces 13.2 volts (when not being charged) and upto 14.8 volts (on charge) ]

Other: Very bright, very compact.

Pros: This LED bulb fits inside existing MR16 sockets without modification.

Cons: I wished to modify my halogen desk lamp to LEDs. Although this bulb fits inside MR16 sockets, you must modify the electrical circuit to include a LED current driver. So this bulb is not a direct replacement to halogen lamp. I modified the electricla circuit to supply the correct current, even slightly below. But then endless heat troubles started. Poor solder points disconnected. LEDs fell out. I fixed everything and enlarged the desk lamp head for excellent air circulation. This helped a bit, but after few minutes of operation the bulb would grow dimmer. Oh well. After a month or so parts of the lamp started blinking intermittently every few seconds. At this stage I gave up.

Other: Get a LED bulb with heatsink, not this one.

Pros: shines brightly

Cons: size is not correct! bulbs can't be inserted into a chandelier because diameter of bulbs more than 1 cm (and at the bulb basis it is equal to 1 cm, and on an extent more) is a pity

Pros: Good qualiti. Very blue lighting. Exelent to use in furniture or in table lamp fo work vith smal gadgets.

Cons: Work with 12V AC/DC (have own diodes), work fron battery 12V. To use in garage - need to be covered from dirt, water and chemicals. It's lights lighter then 20W halogen lamp, but not like 40W lamp.

Other: Not good enouth, but useful in some aplications. Not needed to do anithing. Just plug and use.

Pros: very powerful light compared to other G4 LED, the light it emits is ice white in color, not like other with yellow, very good product

Cons: there is no defect, beautiful light ... Be careful not all transformers 12v bear these lights, since they consume 10 times less

Other: I am very glad I tried this product, really good ... and saves a lot of bill

Pros: VERY bright, almost comparable to a low end Halogen bulb.

Cons: solder on base has the potential to fail under high temps/vibration

Other: Great bulb, DO NOT use as a replacement to Halogen bulb in HID headlight kit.

Pros: The best led bulb. Very shine than other product. I tested and compared 7 product that 3W~4W G4 led bulbs. And i order this product too. Very shine and soft whitening. That was exactly what i'm looking for. Very good products. I recommend this.

Cons: I think it has got not cons. Best led bulb than other G4 led.

Other: I use this product (8 piece) + yellow G4 4W led (4 piece)+ 10W halogen bulb . And i used all this together my room that 35 m^2 . The light is enough.

Pros: Analog halogen bulbs 25. Bright, covers 360 degrees. Slightly bluish light, but bright. Small, almost hot.

Cons: Size bulbs do not match the dimensions stated in the specifications on the website. Circles at the ends of bulbs to 1cm, but LEDs are located on the sides of 0.1 cm Width bulbs get about 1.2sm.

Other: Excellent analogue luster under halogen light bulbs. Saving energy is large.
