Genuine Logitech C270 HD 720P USB 2.0 Webcam with Built-in Microphone (Black)

Pros: It's plug and play. Plug it in, and it will automatically install the drivers and you don't have to insert the disc that comes with it. Fancy stand. The webcam can either be placed on a stand or on the top of a flat screen monitor.

Cons: The package looks like it has been driven over by a dump truck, but you kinda expect that when it's shipped in a small envelope. If you have an LCD monitor like Eizo FlexScan or Dell UltraSharp or some monitores that are thicker than average it might be a little hard to fit it.

Other: So far it definitely look like a genuine product. The real thing. Worth it if you can wait a few months.

Pros: - It's the geniune logitech camera. This webcam can record videos in 720 and has a very good image quality, even in darker environments.
- I don't know about other countries, but I would pay several times more for the same product in Brazil, so it's an excellent deal.
- The camera is really plug and play. The bundled software is not great but it's good.

Cons: No cons. I just love it.

Pros: Seems to be the real logitech product, works well as a webcam, the microphone is clear. The stand is good for attaching to monitors and tvs and stands up well on its own. image quality is good. It is a sleek design that does not attract the eye or too flashy. Plug n Play with windows 7 and works perfectly with ubuntu 11.4 too

Cons: Wasn't that much cheaper in the end than buying from a local store hear in italy 30€ this cost 27€ in all, so I don't think I'd bother again.

Other: A good cheap-end logitech webcam that is not badly priced though probably not much cheaper than the retail price. Considering that you get no real guarantee (cost more to send back than buy a new one...) it probably isn't worth it.
Comes in good packaging though is clear it is a Asian market product so take this into account if it is a gift. Packaging gets damaged during post as usual with China shipping so if this is an issue I'd again buy it locally.

Pros: Perfect picture quality, even on low light conditions. Framerate doesn't drop unless you enable the RightLight feature (Beware: it is enabled by default)
Audio clarity is spectacular. The other party hears me well, with me talking normally on my work bench at ~6m from the PC with the camera. WAY BETTER THAN MY PREVIOUS GENIUS WEBCAM, with it I always had to speak loud and sometimes yell, even with the gain at maximum.
Windows 7 installed it with no problems, I did not install the CD software.
It is a genuine Logitech product, with a nice shiny finish, steady.
The clamp to place the camera to the monitor attaches firmly to my SyncMaster 2253NW. It doesn't move at all.
VERY NICE.

Cons: The only real Con of this camera is that it is fixed focus. When you put something closer than 20cm from the lens, it is all out of focus. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SHOW SOMETHING TO READ :(
I would have preferred manual focus instead because of this.

Other: Do not buy a common chinese webcam, this is the real deal if you want steady 30FPS with great picture and audio.
You won't be disappointed by its quality.

Tested on my Android 1080P player also and worked like a charm (except from audio, it seems android doesn't like audio via usb)

Cons: You need light, if it's too dark, you can't see anything, but it's a very common problem on any cam.

Pros: Very good webcam. Looks original. VERY good image, particularly in low light conditions, which is the case usually when you are using a webcam. I use it for conference calls with skype. I am very pleased. It enhances/corrects the colours so that it looks lighter than it is. Price is attractive, at least in Brazil.

Cons: Have not found any.
