Genuine Zune 3" LCD 30GB Wifi Portable Digital Media Player with FM Tuner (White / Refurbished)

Pros: - Price, not bad for a 30GB player
- Audio quality is decent
- Nice integration with Zune software on Windows
- Build is rock solid
- Screen is good
- Aesthetically pleasing user interface on the player

Cons: - No good on a Mac (you won't be missing much with an iPod)
- Can't use the 30GB space for file storage without applying hacks
- Zune software is complicated to use
- A tad bulky, so working out with this player is tedious
- Wireless sync may not work without hair pulling. I haven't got it to work yet
- The quality control label on the bottom is quite a pain to get rid of, but not impossible. Get a piece of cloth (preferably coarse), and keep rubbing at it until all the bits are off. Don't use chemicals, you don't need to.

Other: It's a good player with lots of space. A good investment if you have a basic player and wish to step up.

Pros: This is a really good MP3 player. Great design, great building material (doesn't scratch easily). The earphones that comes with it isn't all that bad, but you should get a better one.

Cons: From DX, I have no cons. Arrived in 10 days all protected in a ball of bubblewrap. Thanks DX. About the player: - VERY HUGE - Battery life is short if you use the wireless. About 3 hours and the battery is gone. (without the wireless I can listen to about a day (Even more I think) of music with no problem. - There is NO DRAG AND DROP FUNCTION. If you want to buy this player be aware of this. You'll need the zune software to sync stuff with it.

Other: Aside that player cons, I've had some headaches with this one. Though they are fixed now, I feel I should describe them. First, Zune software is good. I like it. Very easy to handle, to find stuff, etc. The problem I had was the syncing stuff. The first few times I tried it would break the connection and reboot the player for whatever. I don't really know why. About the 6th time i tried to sync the connection broke again and It damaged the firmware so I had to restore it. Very annoying process, but turned out ok. I cleaned the usd plub and the player's plug, then tried to sync a few times more with no success. After a day I tried again and then, I don't know how nor why, I managed to sync the songs and it's been working fine ever since... But searching the netz I've found that this is a kinda common problem with the Zune. I know it's cheap for a 30gb player, but I REALLY recommend you to look for an iPod or other player with - at least - drag and drop features, even if it has less storage capability. You'll have less headaches this way.

Pros: You will not find better price for this capacity and quality.
Really genuine Microsoft player.
Syncing options are great. Once established you can sync new songs automaticaly when conected (wired or wireless)

Cons: A little bit heavy weight. Uses hard disk, so you need to take care and don't drop it. Don't have bluetooth. I need to update the software to lastest version and erase all files for work properly. I think it came with some corrupted demo files.

Other: It worths every penny ! Maybe in a few years 30 Gb will be nothing but for now it's a lot of space for music. Much more than you can listen before returning home...

Pros: I love the zune, i have an ipod touch and have had all different types of ipods and I really like the zune. The large capacity is great, its so much better than my 8 gigs. I can put videos on there VERY easy compared to ipod touch. It comes with the necessary accessories, mine came with charger, case/sleeve, wall adapter, and headphones. And, the zune was in LIKE NEW conditon, i read on previous reviews that it came all scratched up. Mine didn't have a scratch on it! it might even be new, but i dont care as long as it works!

Cons: You must be willing to wait awhile for shipping, but it saves about $15 if you were to buy it from anywhere else.

Other: Great product, love everything about, especially the radio! I pod's don't have that wonderful feature! If you can wait a couple weeks then go ahead and order one. Thanks again for a cheap great product deal extreme

Pros: Zune 30GB drives me crazy: 30GB > 50 U$ > Microsoft
I can not work as before because I plug the zune in the headset and I'm browsing through the discographies of my albums, pink floyd holds 4GB. The zune is fast, the PC software is interesting and follows the idea itunes. Do not buy the zune if you want a big pendrive, zune not have this function by normal means, only by editing the windows registry. Buy the zune if you like space, navigation between id3 tags (the Zune PC software is good manager for id3 tags) and playback speed. the problem is my boss, he dislikes mp3. AV-Out works, physical buttons give you better control., the screen resolution is good and you can still play some games included in the firmware update.

Cons: No cons if you understand about what you'll buy. Maybe refurbished, but DX never let me down, i trust him/her/this.
the headset is crap, but I really wanted the zune, I already have my favorite headset.

Other: I want to buy all, I really enjoyed the unit.
