    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Good LEDs and Glow in the Dark plastic sleves. The entire light has a glow surface. The bulk price is OK.

    Cons: No batteries. The description does not specifically say included and they aren't. I bought 35 and three had significant quality problems. All the boxes had a "Q.C. Passed" label but I doubt it was really tested. I found the following. The lens and LEDs had popped off the flashlight. They are held in by a compression fit. Some of the battery holders had corrosion and I had to remove the corrosion before the light would work. The sleves were not put on very well and had to be adjusted.

    Other: I feel like the batteries have to be included to be given as a gift or sold. Check to see if another supplier is including the batteries. If not, these are a good deal.
