Glow-in-the-Dark Silicone Tailcaps for Flashlights (14mm Green / 10-Pack)

Pros: They glow very bright and long, compared to other.

Cons: domed,so you will probably loose tailstand capability

Other: although i didn't buy them from DX, i Know them very well.

Pros: Probably fits quite a few flashlights. Glow in the dark is quite bright. It's a -perfect- fit for the UltraFire C3, in fact I'm sure it's the same mold. For the price you can also buy some and stick 'm on places in the house that can use some GITD marking :)

Cons: No list of which DX lights it fits well :) Ok, no cons realy ;)

Other: If you have a C3 and like GITD, -BUY-. Same for any other lights with a 14mm hole for the (protruding part) of the cap. can't go wrong at the price :)

Pros: Can be made to fit many flashlights. Glows lasts long like glow paint. Decent quality.

Cons: It seats with a protruding exterior dome- which means you will loose tailstand capability --unless you refit w/ an O-ring (and then the tailcap might not close completely) Has a protruding stalk in the inside of the cap that may need to be removed for some lights. (very minor fix and can be easily sliced off)

Other: Execellent price for GITD caps.

Pros: Bight and glow in the dark

Cons: might need trimming to fit

Other: usefull now i can see my lights when they are off as well as on.

Pros: Direct replacement for the caps used by many of the flashlights sold here at DX. Makes for a nice contrasting color, especially on black flashlights (I actually prefer this color to orange or red).

Cons: These things remind me of the GITD hands in my Armitron watch: bright initial glow, no stamina. Seriously, in order to get ANY kind of glow you pretty much have to shove them right into a 60W incandescent for about a minute, and even then, the you'll be lucky to get 30 seconds worth of full glow after that. Nope, sorry, as far as GITD performance goes, it's a wash. Again, these make for a nice contrasting color setup with black flashlights, nothing more.

Other: Get these if you're looking to spruce up the appearance of your (black) flashlight. Just don't expect much in the way of any usable GITD performance.

Pros: Enhances apperance of the flashlight. Improves flashlight tailswitch operation. Makes it easier to find the flashlight in the dark.

Cons: If your flashlight is able to tailstand before replacing the tailcap, it might not afterward; the button may protrude too much. Trimming the center post down inside the cap may help.

Other: I recommend these caps for any flashlight that it will fit.

Pros: Glows in the dark for fair amount of time. I pinned them on the celing as glow in the dark stars with rest of the star kit in my kid's room and it works great.

Other: nice little glow in the dark plastic cap if you can find use for them.

Cons: Not as strong as i expected it to be.

Other: the blue one seems to be brighter and glow longer.

Using them your torch will lose ability to tail stand

Other: they glow and look better then your standard black ones

Pros: Cheap. GITD. Provide contrast to black when looking for flashlight.

Cons: Don't GITD that long.
Can't Tailstand after with certain flashlights (Though doesn't bother me as I have a wristrap that doesn't allow me to tailstand anyways).

Other: Bought these to go in a few flashlights and they are great. I like the new feel of the button, but that is everyone's own preference. Bought these for hiking trips as sometimes its hard to find the flashlight in total darkness.
