Pros: - works great - the rubber material seems solid - the plugs are made of good material - great when watching a movie on a ipod/zune and your sharing with another person

Cons: - the sound will not be as loud as when you have just one output then when you use two different outputs.

Other: buy it, its cheap, it works, even if you dont use it all the time,when you do you will be glad you had it.

Pros: 5/5 easy. Why? It does what it has to do and it is GREAT at it. The price is right too. I use it for recording high quality sound from 2 external mics on my Canon EOS 5DMKII wich isn't a basic camera. No it's pro. This item is def up for the quality.

Cons: I am disappointed that this is not a real stereo splitter. It splits stereo signal into the two mono channels, not into two stereo channels. So it is useless if you need to connect two pair of heaspones to the one stereo output. It may be useful for splitting stereo into two mono channels, or for mixing two mono sources into one stereo, but that's not my case.

Other: This splitter may be useful only for specific tasks like separating stereo into two monos, but if you want to connect two pairs of headphpones to your player it will provide no stereo output (only one channel per user).

Cons: none that I could tell. i have ordered many of these Gold Plated 3.5mm Mono Audio Jack Splitter Y-Cable (Black/17CM), none of had any issues yet. I don't have any expectations of the Gold Plated 3.5mm Mono Audio Jack Splitter Y-Cable (Black/17CM) outliving my cat as they are very low cost.

Other: The Gold Plated 3.5mm Mono Audio Jack Splitter Y-Cable (Black/17CM) does the job and well. I haven't received any with defects. i've used in mp3 players, personal computers, ipods... it always worked.

Pros: - Both connectors female and male are very well build. They are well polished and so you can plug and unplug them very easy.

Cons: - The only cons that I can list is that 17cm of wire is short. It could be longer. - The wires are thin. It could be bulkier. - However, the wires are not so bad at all, it just could be better.

Other: Remember that the wires are just 17cm long, so maybe you could need some extension cable to connect your devices.

Pros: The design of this splitter gives you more room than the traditional triangular ones. Very well built for something this cheap.

Cons: The two ends of the splitter are not glued permanently together and can be easily pulled apart. The splitter also only splits a stereo channel into two monos, so it's probably not a good idea to use it if you want to share a stereo audio track.

Other: Good for what it's worth, and very cheap so you can buy multiple ones and treat them as disposables.

Pros: Great Product. Bought it because my iphone case would not allow my headphones to connect. This product fit well in the case and therefore allowed me to connect my headphones

Cons: I did notice that you do lose a bit of quality with this connected but it does not make a big difference. You are still able to enjoy the music and even share what you are listening to with a friend beside you
