Gold Plated Component Video and Audio AV Cable for Wii - White (1.8M Length)

Pros: Higher quality than the other similar cables sold on Deal Extreme. Still pretty cheap. Slightly longer @ 2.2m than most @ 1.8m. White colour matches Wii better. Works brilliantly.

Cons: None.

Other: BUY THIS ONE - PAY THE EXTRA DOLLAR, YOU WON'T REGRET IT

Pros: Improves picture quality (definitely on LCD, cant confirm on other types of TV). Price. Easy to use. Seems to be good build quality

Cons: None that I can think of.

Other: If I were to buy another Wii, I'd buy this again in an instant.

Pros: Cheapest set around. Cables feel sturdy. Works great.

Cons: None at that I can find at the moment. Okay, it it came in a plastic bag, but not really a con.

Other: I'm going to stop buying the multiple connector type cables and just dedicated ones from DX from now on. Cheaper in the long run.

Pros: - Works right out of the "box" - Strong sturdy cable, feels good quality-wise. - Relatively easy to identify the five connectors for what they represent.

Cons: - Probably not 2.2 metres in length, but not really a problem for me. - If connected to eagerly and no picture, check the red connectors before you panic :-)

Other: Great quality cable. Should perhaps be advertised as approx 2.0 metres in length.

Pros: Quality is good, price is very cheap, the price for original nintendo component cable is more than 10 times bigger here in Estonia. Works as it should. Great for my 40" LED tv. The picture became more clear, although all graphic defects are also much clearer now :)

Cons: None, that I could think of. OK, I had to wait for it for more than a month. Because I've ordered other component cable, that turned out to be out of stock. So I had to contact the support, when I was tired of waiting. Hopefully they had other cables to suggest.

Other: I definitely like this one more, than sku.4256, that I wanted to order because sku.4256 had more reviews. This one looks more solid and expensive than sku.4256.

Pros: Well made, works for me, long enough. This cable is white which matches the actual wii (unlike the original wii cable which is off white / grey). Ends are good, for the price it seemed like a good purchase.

Cons: When I disconnected the WII from the original cable and connected it via this cable, the picture quality became more faded and washed out (not as bright) and contrast was worse

Other: There are no lines/fuzz, just seems like the picture is not as great with this cable.

Pros: Enables EDTV/HDTV (490p) mode on the Wii
Picture quality improves a bit. Not anything spetacular, but clearly an improvement.
Also frees up the RGB ports for other devices :)

Cons: My Wii is inside a drawer under the TV, and i had a hard time arranging my things so that the cable would reach from the Wii to the TV, so perhaps it could be half a meter longer, (2.2m?) Then again, i could have checked the length and bought a different one :P

Other: If you're shopping for a Wii component cable, choose this one, it's cheap, and it works. :)

Pros: -Good quality for that cheap price
-Works out of the box perfect
-Picture on TV seems to be more colorful and sharp now

Cons: -The Cinch plugs are a bit to thick for my LG 42LH3010 so the jack gets a bit stretched. But the plugs are not that thick that it would be dangerous for the jacks.

Other: Very good product, does its job very good and it's long enough.

Pros: With this cable, you will get the most of your Wii games. The quality will go up (the resolution) The build quality is very good.

Cons: The colours are less bright (less nice) than using the composite (scart) connection. Connecting it to the television was a piece of cake. However, there are two red connectors, so you will have to figure it out which one belongs where (not too difficult)

Other: I would recommend this cable, even though the colours aren't that flashy anymore. Nevertheless, the resolution does improve

Pros: - Image quality improves a little bit (there is not a bis difference)
- It is esasier connect it than people says. I'm not an expert and I hadn't problems at all to install it.
- Cable and connectors have very good built quality, it seems very ressistant.

Cons: - In my opinion cable should be shorter, I don't need 1'8 m, it would be better if it had only 1 m.

Other: - It's not the best item from dealextreme, you wii won't improve a los of its imagen quality, but it is enough, for this money, I will buy it again.
