Gold Plated L/R-RCA Digital Audio Cable Adapter for Xbox 360

Pros: - Extremely cheap.
- Works prefectly combined with any HDMI cable
- Simple but nice

Cons: - Cable may be a little bit short for some people (for me it was great)

Pros: This connector allows you to connect hdmi to your TV and optical audio to your amp/receiver. I have an older amp that doesn't have any HDMI in, so I needed this.
The HDMI means your picture quality is perfect and optical audio offers the best audio quality.

Cons: I turned up my TV sound and the amp at the same time and the audio is slightly out of sync. I'm not sure if this also happens with the genuine Microsoft adapter.
If I turn down the tv volume it's absolutely fine. When watching movies speech is still in sync - there's no noticable delay there.

Other: Does exactly what it's meant to, I'd buy it again / recommend it to anyone who wants digital picture quality and digital audio through an older amp.

Pros: Just perfect, when you hold it or take a quick look, it looks like a production by microsoft (it might be better, we are talkin about M$ here =). Its very easy to connect and use, its easy like a IQ test for monkeys, triangle to triangle, square to sguare and you done.

Cons: It has 2 cons, first is; no manual comes with it but as just i said it is very simple and easy to use, then its not a problem. and the second is its box, very cheap, some bubble-gums boxes are higher quality, but thanks to dealextreme, they packaged it very good so there is no problem either

Other: If you need this, just buy, im living in turkey, it came here after 9 days i bought it, so if you can wait for a couple of weeks, go for it.

Other: after you connect it to the xbox you have to active the optical output in the options menu [i cant remember the full path]. i plugged it in my receiver and it worked alright. i noticed that sometimes that if the optical output is on the hdmi sound is off, but it is not a problem.

Pros: This cable is exactly like the original one.
Nice building quality.
It works just fine.

Cons: The package was very poor.
But for me that was not important.

Other: If you want to separate the sound and the image, this is the best option.

Cons: Body could be smaller to allow HDMI to be inserted a bit easier.

FYI, most LCD and Plasma screens will display 1080p, even the older ones. The technology has existed longer in monitors than TVs.

Pros: It is very cheap. Much much much cheaper than genuine Microsoft product. It does it job fine if you don't have to use it same time with the HDMI -cabel. If you have to, there is a very good instructions in the avsforum how to dismantle the case of this.

Cons: Mine had the loop problem that many other users also have. Although it is not a problem to me because it is very easy to fix. Though this loop problem won't bother the users who don't need to use this same time with the HDMI -cabel. Also this can be found in the avsforum.

Other: It is great for it's price, just buy it.

Pros: I needed an adapter to send the sound to the hometheater and sometimes to an earphone. This product solved it.

Totally worth the money you put on it, works really good and perfectly. Right now i'm using with an RCA cable and it's doing his job ok!

Pros: Amazing price for this cable. It works flawlessly with my XBox and my stereo(sometimes I use my xbox directly connected to my big stereo, so I have a better sound). The build quality is a little low, it feels cheap on the hand, but it works and it didn`t break after 5 months of use.

Cons: Feels a little cheap while you are holding it, it doesn`t look resistant also, but it works in spite of it.

Other: If you need an adapter for your Xbox this one will do. It works as intended but is not as flashy and sturdy looking as the original one.
