GPS/GSM/GPRS Tracker for Personal Remote Positioning

Pros: Friends, Its the best buy I have! I have try to use and work great! Using google earth you can find your car easy and quickly!! Excelent product!! I will buy another one sure!! I Install by myself, very easy. For the configuration, you just send 4 sms and the devire answer the configuration. To receive the global position , you just call to GSM number CHIp previously inserted and go online!!!

Pros: - Not really expensive - Realtime tracking by GPRS (which I haven't used yet) - Will send you an SMS on alarm with the coördinates and the type of alarm - Easy to install

Cons: - It's like a prototype, not finished yet or just built quickly - You have to sent an SMS too the system to activate/deactivate it, it will confirm that by sending an sms back. That costs a lot of sms's on your phone and the tracker. - I can't get the GPRS-function to work, but that may dpend on me :)

Other: The tracker is not always easy to operate, but it's worth trying it!

Pros: It is very solid. Good Signal where I live, in greece. GPS is accurate. Comes with manual on paper and on a minidisk. After the setup, it is quite easy to use in a set and forget fashion. Enabling and disabling is kind of costly if you do it many times a day. However, you can call it, it will hang up and send back its location, or you can send a message, then call and it will pick up so you can hear what is happening. Very good. I am going to use that on a boat.

Cons: I havent found a way to change the default distance in the "Move" mode to something else than 200 meters, but it doesnt really bother me.
You have to be with the manual at hand because the commands are kind of user unfriendly.

Other: if you have your fleet but don't won't to overpay for monitoring - this might be the easieast way to make it on your own with opengts or application came tih the product

Pros: I live in Brazil, and I used the main commands and everything worked perfectly. And the best fast, just have credit in the chip. The location is perfect, less than 10 meters apart. Recommend it to all who want to see free of monthly plans.

Cons: does not come with the remote control (optional).

Pros: Great gps tracker for installation in vehicles. Can I turn off the car by a message from the phone or by computer. I also know the precise location where the car, trace the route, knowing the vehicle speed, to know when the vehicle leaves a location. All this can be done by SMS (mobile) or GPRS (internet). Pros: Good material, works fine, I bought two prepaid gsm chips (one for the gps and one for my notebook) and today I track my car every 15 minutes. Instalation is easy if you understand your car eletric wires.
