Pros: I can notice these pros:
- Very bright light (very close to regular 50W halogen)
- Color is warm (but bit cooler than halogen)
- Very economical (not tested real electricity usage)
Cons: I can notice these cons:
- Bulb is much longer than regular halogen bulb. He is 7.7cm long. Regular halogen bulb is 5cm long.
- After hours of usage it become hot... not hot as halogen, but it noticeable.
- Price might be lower.
Other: If you can use bit longer light bulb - it's good choice to change 35-50w halogens with this bulb.

Pros: I have been buying more powerful LED's every time DX lists them. I started with the 3W candle, then the 4W, which wasn't bad, but less floody. Now this 5 watter is getting very close to the performance of a 50W halogen. I've replaced 2 50W halogens in a galley style kitchen with 3 of these 5 watters, and I now have more light in that area. The entire kitchen bench is well lit, with spill onto the surrounding cupboards. The diffusers work well to spread the light. Colour is a little cool, but I'll get used to it. Build seems good.
Cons: No cons to report as I've only used them for a few hours, but I'm impressed enough to write a review already!
Other: Still not at the brightness level of a 50W halogen, but close. If you're thinking of changing from 12V halogens to LED, throw away those troublesome transformers and give some of these a go. At ten bucks, they are certainly affordable enough to try, as opposed to the same thing for $50 in the Australian lighting shops.

Pros: This is the most complete and satisfactory warm LED bulb I've ever bought. It has a diffuser (at last!), 5 LEDs, a very good colour temperature — say, not too cool. It isn't yellowish like the 4W: now the colour is perfect. The light is bright enough, you can substitute the halogens, maybe adding some more of these bulbs.
Cons: The dimensions: they are quite big. It isn't a problem for the IKEA lamp brackets. The price can be lower, even $1 less.
Other: Go LEDs without havnig second thoughts! These are bright, AC powered and the power consumption is very low. They always start without any fear of the cool temperatures like CFL do.

Pros: Just as bright as 35W halogens, but only use 5W.
Nice color -- a little whiter than halogen, but not too white (the color seems to be a little whiter than the DX photo).
Has a diffuser.
Cheap compared to bulbs available here in Japan.
Reasonable build quality.
Cons: Much longer than a standard GU10 reflector bulb -- if you have a recessed fitting, they may stick out.
Get quite hot.
The plastic base and aluminium part screw together, so be careful taking them out of the socket -- they can come apart.
Other: Very satisfied. The bulbs are bright, have a good colour and aren't too expensive. I'll definitely be buying more.

Pros: Great replacement for 35W halogen bulb. The light is more white than warm white. High light output! Gives more light than a standard 35W halogen light bulb
Cons: Leaks light to the sides. The diffuser is fixated with the cooling fins for the LED and pretty much light leaks between the cooling fins. Is a little bit longer than a standard GU10 halogen bulb. 1 out of 5 bulbs was DOA. Not dimmable
Other: Great replacement for a 35W halogen GU10 light bulb. More light and less energy consumed.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Seems to be well built and almost provides as much light as a 35W halogen. All in all seems like a good quality bulb.
Cons: A little bit expensive (just under $10), also I wish the colour temperature was a little bit warmer (not that the light is cold in any sense - it just seems a bit white - i would place it somewhere around 4000-4500). The bulb is also a bit longer than most GU10-socketed spots, do to the large heat sink and diffuser. Barely noticeable if all your bulbs are of the same type, but looks a bit weird with an odd long one and a bunch of short ones.
Other: Want to try out LED-lighting, go for it :)

Pros: Very satisfied with this! I agree with the other comments in all aspects. What is most impressive is the amount of light; they replace a 35W halogen fully, and with 3 of these you lighten a 7-10m2 room. It has significantly more light than the SKU 66911 which I have 4 of, but SKU 66911 is a bit warmer. Color is a little whiter than a std halogen, build quality seems good, it has a little issue with the white foot, it has to be fastened a little but you do it easily in 2 seconds, it is threaded into the bulb itself. Light is always stable like any bulb I have ever had.
Cons: Light is a bit white. It could have been a bit warmer, but this is an issue depending on use. Else, I can not think of any cons really. Package is like always from DX a bit poor, but shipping is quite cheap so I accept this...
Other: If you accept and/or like a bit white light(not bluish) you can replace all your GU10 bulbs with these without hesitation. There are GU10 LED's with warmer color temperature but I will not guarantee they have the same amount of light replacing 35W Halogen.

Pros: - Just as bright as 35W, but only use 5W.
- Good colour (Alittle whiter than the DX photo I think.).
- Has a diffuser.
- Awsome value for money.
Cons: -A bit on the long side, but not a problem with my IKEA laps.
Other: Unless you get problems with the length of this bulb it`s a great buy!
Here in Norway, simular lamps kost 7 (!!!) times the price ..

Pros: I wasn't sure about the 450lumens, so I just bought 3 of them to replace 3x50w brand (osram) halogens. When I replace Them, I was afraid it was a "low energy" lamps, I mean. ..really Dark, but not. I cannot measure the real Lumens, but it looks really close to 50w each one. White Light, "whiter" than halogens. The Difussor is a MUST, really good idea. The Price. I Cannot find any similar to this one for this price.
Cons: They are longer than standar gu10 alogens. So be carefull with your lamp, maybe It can't fit. It's not a real Con, but they take about half a second to Light On.
Other: If you are wanna save some money in energy bills, this is a must. My living room has 9 halogens, It's 9x50w = 450w With this Led Lights 9x5w= 45W ...

Pros: I used traditional 35-50W halogens. I was looking for a good solution for a long time to replace lamps. It seems this product is a perfect choice. The bright and color of this bulb are perfect for this price.
Cons: Longer than the normal GU10 halogen. But it isn't a real con. Handle carefully during the installation because the metal ring fixing the optics easily detaches
Other: I'm very satisfied. The bright and color of this bulb are perfect. I plan to replacing all normal halogen bulbs to this product.
