Pros: - just like the Behringer one but without the name. - It works perfect with asio4all and the behringer driver. - cheaper than anything - looks good

Cons: - no 24 bits like description said, it´s just 16. - if it said "Behringer" like other fake products in the site, this will be perfect.

Other: One of the best music stuff I´ve seen here, we need more sound interfaces DX!

  • Nice adapter with amazing software

posted by bardy on 02:53:43 G9T 08/09/2010 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: - A standard guitar PL input
    - Gain level selection
    - Physical volume dial
    - Guitar Rig 2 - Amazing multi-effect software!

Cons: - Input is very noisy, and it has to be handled via noise reduction effects (gate/eq) otherwise it is very disturbing.
    - The driver setup program that arrived with the device refused to run on my Windows 7 64-bit laptop. I had to download and install the Behringer ASIO drivers from Behringer's website.
    - You have to re-install the drivers every time you connect the device to a different USB port. As far as I can tell, this is true for Guitar Rig 2 as well (It didn't output anything until I reinstalled it with the device in the new USB port).
    - I couldn't find a way to do direct monitoring.

Other: A great solution for such a low price. If you can't live with the noise at the input (which can be suppressed using software filters), buy the original device from Behringer. However, I'm not sure that you'll also get Guitar Rig 2, which is a big drawback.

  • Great tool for practising

posted by Nucly on 03:22:08 G11T 03/11/2010 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: - works great, its just the same as BEHRINGER UCG102 but without the logo and for 1/4 the price - great latency with behringer drivers - its a beast when combined with guitar rig

Cons: - finish looks a bit cheap, but yea, it is cheap :) But im not worried about it getting damaged, it still looks pretty solid - its a bit noisy, but Guitar Rig can take care of this with its noisegate

Other: - if you need something cheap for home practising buy this, you wont regret it.. Im using it for like 2 months now without any problem

Pros: - Compatible to Behringer UCG102 driver - No Amp is required - Easy to install - Output for Amplifiers - Volume Control - Quantity of effects and their quality is great! - Perfect for studying and recording some tunes!!! - Great for using with Bass Guitars as well!!

Cons: - Driver that came with the interface is crappy. - Configuring the effects can be difficult for amateurs - There is a little noise that can be disturbing if not properly configured in the system.

Other: Perfect product for studying at home and apartments no matter what time it is... Just plug your headphone on it and enjoy that interface with your Desktop or Laptop!!

  • Feel pro with your computer

Pros: It works fine once you get it installed. The software included is great, it allows you to use a lot of different amplifications and effects, a lot of them predefined, and with the possibility to modify any of them or just create them as your wishes. That's a plus.

Cons: It should be easier to install and get it working. Problems with drivers on W7 (but Behringer drivers works fine, as other reviews said), some problems with ASIO drivers too, but in the end i got it working. Sometimes it got bugged and you need to restart it to get the sound fine again.

Pros: Sound is great, does what it is intended for. It's nice for home recording and practice, and trying different effects.

Cons: Construction feels a bit cheap, nevertheless it withstood a few falls already. Although minimum, some noise is introduced. NOT for serious recording.

Other: It's a great product, but would only recommend to someone who knows how to tinker with ASIO4ALL drivers and guitar modeling software in general.

  • Great for beginners and casual play

posted by cerkufg on 06:30:06 G1T 08/01/2013 certificated customer

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

Pros: -Decent value for the price -Perfect for practicing if you can't use a real amp -Plug&Play, worked on Win7 32bit, Win7 64bit and Win 8 64bit which is everything I've tried it on -Works well as an (additional) external sound card -You can set it up so that you can play along to music/backing tracks while hearing what you play, which is awesome

Cons: This probably won't good enough for making (quality) recordings. There's a little(low) noise/static when just having headphones connected, which makes it not-great for listening to soft stuff, TV series, etc

Other: Great solution as a "mini amp" for your computer. A must for traveling or playing late at night. With Guitar Rig, this is quite good for the price
