GX5.3 4W 400lm 3500K Warm White Light4-LED Lamp - Silver (AC 12V)

Pros: Though it sys to be AC12V, this is working exactly same way than those which do not mention AC or DC. I drive this bulb with normal led driver along with 39027 MR16 leds I purchased from DX. This says to be 400 lumen, the others are 360 lumen. This is slightly whiter and brighter than those 360 lumen ones, so lets see in a long run does this last as long, so to say, is this over-powered to gain more lumens.

Cons: So far none.

Other: Recommended when need lots of light. I have 8 of these to light up the kitchen's work space. One led would be enough for a student's desk light.

Pros: The lamp is very bright and replaces almost my 50 Watt Halogen in terms of brightness. Build quality is good and it gives a nice even light. The light is also very similar to a normal halogen lamp. Full compatibility with MR16 conectors and spots in Spain.

Cons: It's a bit longer than the halogen lamp. Approximately half centimeter. What does not get close to the lamp holder.

Other: Only bought one for testing purposes and I will buy more in the future.

Pros: These bulbs provide a good quality of light. I haven't seen so far any flickering or differences between them in terms of color. And it has the best price I have found for 4w led bulbs.

Cons: The diameter of the bulb is slightly smaller than usual halogen bulbs, so sometimes is not easy to fit them correctly in their place.

Other: I have bought 4 of them, and I will buy more in the future, for sure.

Pros: Finally the "graal" of led lighting as finally been found …fairly good lighting …and finally a real white warm color …for a corrected price … Go for it I have experienced trough the years plenty of 12v GX5.3 or MR16 led from 1w to 5 watts and I had never found a good replacement for a 20w or 35w halogen GX5.3 or MR16 … all looked very dim gloomy or murky…and very aggressive white… Today thanks to DX I found a bright white warm powerful satisfying replacement for the halogen bulb ..it is actually brighter than a 35w halogen but not as bright as a 50 watts…and for only 10% of the power consumption. And is has a very nice warm glow …

Cons: I would have given it a five star but out of 4 bulbs y have ordered one had the top rim unscrewed and all the other had a very lose rim … I had to screw all of them back tight…it is not a problem but it could have been perfect if only tighten… as always with the product I got from Chinas the problem appears to be with the quality control… not the product design…not the manufacturing process just the last steps needed to be perfect: the quality control!

Other: Go for it …it is worth it …
