    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: They are a great equipament to day a day use. I'm software developer and the hand grip help me to exercise while I'm programming, and the Jump Rope help to do my regular exercise, I like of the equipament

    Cons: The rope isn't big. I have 1,83 tall and have jump with head down, and haven't a replace rope with the product, but I'm like of the product

    Other: If you need a equipament to exercise and don't have time, buy it. I liked, the hand grip you can take of any place
