Pros: The receiver dongle plugs into the keyboard for when you take it on the road so you don't lose it.
Built in LiPo battery chargeable over USB.
No drivers required! It's recognized as a HID on first insertion and working within seconds.
The keyboard has a power save mode which it enters after 3 min of inactvity. Any key press wakes it up (but movement on the touchpad does not).
It is backlit! This was a nice surprise as I didn't see it in the description of the item. It has white LED backlights and a pleasure to use in complete darkness. The backlight can be toggled via the red star button top left corner. I tend to leave it on as it turns off after 30 sec. When waking up from power save the keyboard remembers the last backlight state, so if it was on, it will turn on again.
It's very light and a good size for those wanting a small keyboard/mouse combo, you wouldn't use this for extended typing, but great for working the basic of your computer from a distance, typing in URLs, switching between apps, etc. To give you an idea, the size of the keyboard alone (not including the touchpad area) is approx the same as an iPhone. All keys are easy to press and have a slight mechanical click for tactile feedback. So if you're good at texting on an iPhone or Blackberry this will be no problem for you, otherwise if you have fat fingers or bad eyesight stay away from this :)
The laser is your typical red laser pointer and has a separate activation switch on the side of the keyboard and away from the top buttons.
Additionally the keyboard has an on/off button so it can be switched completely off, ie when traveling with it. When turning the keyboard on via the on/off switch, it takes not even a second before it syncs with the dongle and sends keystrokes/mouse movement to the PC. When the keyboard is in power save mode, the first key press wakes it up and is usually lost and it takes a couple of seconds for the keyboard to be ready (weird as it's practically instant from power on via the on/off button).
Cons: Battery might be an issue if you ever need to replace it as it's non removeable, locked inside the keyboard case with torx T5 security screws.
Other: Pretty sweet product overall, I don't regret the money spent on it. It has now permanently replaced the IR remote on my media center PC.

Pros: Very Little (but confortable)
The size is the same that a TV remote
the USB receptor is allowed inside keyboard, you can take in the jacket pocket
OK in W7
Good Packaging
Cons: only that there is no Spanish version. but is not problem in 90% of cases.
Other: Is the only one keyboard with light (very cheaper that Logitech) and appropiated for use with a HTPC or CARPC. Add the Laser is another big idea for demos.
The best buy for a long long long time, by prize and apparent quality

Pros: it works real easy and the button are just the right size. the laser is nice but i don't need it. it's solid build and just fits in your hand. So I would sure recomend this to my friends. Also realy nice with a media center. You can even use the mousepad in vertical way if you want to but the keys on the keyboard stay the same.
Cons: nothing found at this point, only the function keys F9-F12 are missing
Other: just buy this if you want an easy to use keyboard which you can hold in one hand

Pros: - Build quality is great. Doesn't creak when flexed and keys have good tactile feedback.
- I have a wireless network, wireless alarm system, etc. so a lot of 2.4Ghz devices, so I was initially concerned with potential interference, but this keyboard doesn't interfere with any of them. You can change the channel if there is some interference.
- Excellent backlighting.
- No drivers required for XP and up.
Cons: These are fairly minor:
- Once you take the USB receiver out of the keyboard, there's a hole in the keyboard where the receiver used to be. Looking inside the hole, I can see a circuit board and other inner workings. If you're using this for a HTPC, it'll be on your couch while you watch TV and you could get bits of popcorn or chips, dust, etc. inside easily plus it ruins the look since it's obvious there's something missing. I took a small piece of black electrical tape and covered it. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to have a cover for this hole.
- Missing function keys F9-F12. Can remedy with key mapping software, but would've been nice to have it, even as Fn+another key.
- Not quite as easy to thumb text/type as a smartphone because your right hand is farther away from the keys than your left due to the touchpad, however, you're not likely to do a lot of typing anyway.
Other: A great keyboard for HTPCs since it's the same size and shape as regular remote controls. Compared to other mini keyboards, it's a lot cheaper than the Logitech Dinovo. I was considering the Lenovo (SKU 35909) but didn't like the unusual form factor and trackball. Probably SKU 32245 would be the closest alternative, but I don't like the smaller keys.

Pros: This must be the best gadget I ever had! fancy little thing:) if you can write a sms with Iphone, then this i even more easy! the mousepad works great, and the red laser is just a plus:P
Cons: is it any at all? I haven`t found any yet:D
Other: great buy, but maybe a little expensive to be DX. but half the price if it would be found here in norway! but its a must have for me! thanks DX

Pros: Excellent build quality. Standard HID interface - no drivers required. Can wake my machine out of sleep. Backlight is a godsend. Size of keys is good and so is feedback. Windows Media (play/pause) controls and CTRL-ALT-DEL hotkey are a bonus.
Cons: mouse dosen't track quite as quickly as i would like and there is no way to change it other than OS settings. Should have 'sticky' shift/alt/ctrl keys but doesn't. It's hard to simultaneously press two keys - Windows can get around this using sticky keys, not sure if other OSs have similar functionality.
Other: If you need a keyboard for a media center/HTPC this is an excellent choice.

Pros: I am facinated, It works as intended, the laser is not too strong, looks like 0.5 Mw so no problem at customs, If you point it to a very bright plasma TV at 100% brightness, It is a little hard to find it (not like my other 200mw one XD ).
The keys work flawless, you can look at it while typing with booth hands, and then look up to find you have not missed a single letter.
The touchpad is less responsible if you use your thumb as intended, it is beter to use your index finger.
If you have a spanish windows and keyboard set like me, the language on the Rii mini defaults to that, so the "ñ" becomes in the place of the "; : ", wich is natural.
Takes a few seconds the first time you use it, then is almost an instant.
Cons: Only thing I cant figure out is alt+tab. It seems not to work.
¿Any help on this? other two keys combinations worked, even 3 keys at the same time, like in FN+CTRL(win)+e (to bring explorer up)
Other: Feels solid and well build, all keys have the same feeling. you have a click touch confirmation on press, The plastic is really well molded and finsished, It could have been build even by logitech for what its worth. I whiss my Sony erricson K750i had this finish XD.
I hope it lasts.

Pros: It's dam small, about the size of you every day TV remote. Has a long battery life. Back-lit when you need it. Cat remote aka laser is not needed but fun to use. Range is decent with little to no cut off at about 10ft, note I have my receiver behind a lot of electronics.
Cons: No scroll wheel or software to turn on scrolling with touch pad, not that it would be easy to use. The touch pad is not thumb friendly, I've been sticking to my index. Only 8 F keys, good bye full screen short cut. Also there is a hole left behind when you remove the receiver to plug in to the PC.
Other: It takes a lot getting used to for mouse controls but its much faster then my last unit. If I had to buy it again, sure I would.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The Quality is very good The Range is very long but not too long It comes with a little laser Good for people who are teaching stuff and want to point at things Rechargable For the price its definitly worths it the keyboard defintly worths the price and its better than more expensive keyboards. you can light up the keys incase there is no light around very small and compactive
Cons: Alt+Tab Doesnt work The range isnt very long
Other: Very good keyboard i realy enjoy it its cheap and its recommended
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It works great for my htpc where i don't want to have a full size keyboard all the time lying around for only some minor input (but you still need a keyboard sometimes with a htpc in my exprience).
This things is the size of a remote which it nice.
Cons: The trackpad is a little bit hard to operate.
Other: Sinds the price dropper form above 60 to around 40 it's a good deal.
