    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Comes in good packaging. Easy to use. So comfortable! This silicon material is much better than those hogskin and sponge type of back insoles because it lets me have a better grip.

    Cons: No cons at all! Just that sometimes when you slip in your foot, you might push the silicon pad to peel off a little, so you will need to press it back.

    Other: Good and cheap! I have bought 5, and I will place order for more.
