Hi-Fi Dynamic Microphone for PC (3.5mm Jack)

Pros: The build of the mic is robust - big and seems very strong. It looks like a professional microphone when assembled together with the stand. The cable is about 2 m long which is OK I believe. The noise catching area is a very big radious - and it even catches whispering from about 30-40 centimetres. For me it is a very big PRO.

Cons: Price, I believe it is a little bit overpriced, 7-8 USD would be more realistic for this, according to current market conditions.

But technically I can not find any con about this, I'm quite satisfied.

Other: I believe you can still buy it even if it is a little bit pricy.

Pros: It´s very cute and it looks like a professional microphone. It doesn´t look cheap at all and the material is good to touch. It seems to work pretty well. I couldnt like it more!!!

Cons: None so far. Well, maybe the price, cause it´s probably the same that i would pay for a microphone here, but i´ve never seen such a cute microphone here, and buying it online i don´t really have to go look for one.

Other: Awsome mic!!!!

Pros: It's great! Handy for messengers on my computer, I finally got to talk to my friend far away without a phone! It's great, good structure, great "smell", and great sound transfer. It's just useful and always a pleasure to have.

Cons: Price....I agree with other reviews. This could be 8 - 9 US at the max. Other then that, it's great.

Other: It's great, handy, and reliable.

Pros: Great feel, build quality, very sturdy.
Looks like a very professional microphone.
Sound quality is excellent, It can be ~5 feet away and still record voices with minimal interference (they are much quieter than up close, of course)

Cons: A hiss can be heard when recording low sounds - most likely background noise audible moreso once you up the volume/amplify the sound to hear the quieter voices that were recorded. (So really, not a con)

Other: Blows away any microphone you can get for this price in Canada. (by 100 fold)

Pros: - Very Nice Looking.
- Tough and Sturdy Materials.
- Very Good Sound Input Quality, Great Sensitivity and Sound Clarity.

Cons: None that I can think of, would be hard to find a Con on this one.

Other: It's a sleek microphone that is working better than I would have expected.

Pros: For the price, this is simply a fnatastic microphone. Similarly-priced offerings from electronics stores and Wal-Mart just can't compare.
Sound quality is great. There is very little noise, voices are crisp and clear. It's very sensitive and can pick up sound from far away when the volume boost is enabled on your sound card.
Build quality is way better than I expected for the price. The plastic feels nice and sturdy, nothing wiggles disconcertingly. The base is weighted, so it's not just a piece of hollow plastic.

Cons: The microphone very easily picks up the sound from your fingers rubbing on the cable or on the body of the microphone. This is a problem if the cable rubs up against something, or if your fingers slide a bit as you hold it, as this sound will be transferred to your recording.

Other: You're not going to get anything close to an expensive mic, but if you want to come through loud and clear in VoIP conversations, podcasts or over voice communication in a video game, you can't beat this microphone for the price.

Pros: Comes with a good stand and holder.
Mic looks good and quite professional.
Sound quality is fine.
On/off switch is very handy.
Quite sensitive.

Cons: Sound quality gets a bit crackly at high volumes.
Stand is a little too low.

Other: For the money, this mic is worth it. You get a pretty good mic, and a good stand with it.

Pros: - It looks GREAT. Very professional, slick appearance.
- Nice sturdy feel. Not light weight or cheap feeling at all.
- Rugged stand.

Cons: - Base is plastic, but that's really okay, because it's very dense and doesn't feel like it would ever break.

Other: - Very highly recommended for anyone looking for a neat professional looking gadget. Read other reviews if you are interested in learning about the sound quality.

Pros: This is 10 times more sensitive than the most sensitive mic I have ever used for computers.
In your sound card settings, there is an option called "microphone boost". I had to actually turn this OFF. If I turn the 'mic boost' on, this microphone will record my voice from 50 feet away.
If your ear can hear a sound, even a faint voice, then this microphone will pick it up.

Cons: The mic does not fit squarely into the stand. It works, but it seems like the stand was designed for a different mic.

Other: SPECTACULAR MIC !

Pros: Seems like a nice mic, I bought it to use in amateur web radio and skype talking. Not really much else to say, I thought the quality was good for its price, and if it would have worked I would have gotten another and recommended it to friends. The mic stand is heavy and very nice.

Cons: Seemed like a pretty nice microphone on the web, but when I got it it wouldnt work at all, so I just threw it into the trash after trying it on a couple of PC's. Im not sure if anyone else head a problem with dead on arrival mic.

Other: Its a pretty nice microphone if you get a working one. Would recommend it, not sure if anyone else had problems. Maybe I will buy another one, guess only very few are broken. Didnt expect that much quality, but the build quality seems decent, and the mic stand is useful and heavy.
