High Power White 2W 6-LED 6000K 50-Lumen Daytime Running Lamp/Lights for Car (Pair/DC 12V)

Pros: Very nicely priced DRL. Exact same mold and size as SKU 52263. LED's are bright and visible during cloudy and rainy weather. They are bright during sunlight, but at short distances. Item I received, LED color temperature is 5500K or 'pure white', no blue tint at all. I'm very happy with the color temperature!

Cons: All plastic, but rugged construction. 11-13.5 volts only, no built-in voltage regulation. Not as bright as LED's found on OEM German cars, but bright in cloudy weather. No "e, e4, DOT" approved markings. Wires are not marked for polarity, had to use a meter to determine correct polarity. May need additional water protection such as silicone sealant. Mount on vehicles with flat type front clip only. Cars with irregular or complex curves will have difficulty mounting.

Other: A descent more affordable DLR that is bright in low light conditions such as cloudy weather and rain. There are no approval markings and may not work where government car inspections are strict on lamp installations. These DRL's bright enough to do the job and that is to be seen in low light conditions. And for the price, you can't lose.

Pros: These DRL's looks almost the same as the ones used by mercedes-benz. Just drill 2x 2 holes, 7,5mm, and put the lights in. Then connect the 2 wires to the existing citylights of your car. Black wire = -, White wire = +. Nice white color, could be 6000k.

Cons: There wasn't any guide to install at the package. So you have to figure out where to drill the holes. I've made a cardboard example, and drawn the holes on my bumper. I could see what was + or -, so i tested it. Black was - (ground) en White was + (power).

Other: I used it on my 15 year old Fiat Cinquecento, just for fun! Looks great!
