High Speed USB2.0/1.1/1.0 10-Port USB Hub (White)

Pros: Lots of ports!
Has a standard external power jack.
LED on each port indicates when device is plugged in.

Cons: Supplied cable has a slightly oversize plug at the hub end - and the hub socket is very loose when used with other USB cables.

Other: Pretty decent item if you need to hang lots of devices off it. Build quality isn't top-notch; the PC-side connector's a bit weird.
Putting one of the ports on the end makes it a little awkward to wedge into corners, too.
This hub has worked with all the devices I've used - from mass storage to DVB-T receivers - without problems.

Pros: Does exactly as promised.
Can handle MORE than 500GB, no limit here.
Has holes in the rear; just drill some screws into the wall, and you can attach the whole thing on the wall.
I like the extra slot on the end.

Cons: Build quality is a bit plasticky, the slots are loose in the shell. Does not look bad or affect use, so i don't care at all.

Other: Most tidy and cheap usb hub i can find. Does the job.
