    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: it works better than the refurb OEM battery that came with my friend's refurb laptop. i gave it as a gift and she gets at least two hours out of it.

    Cons: i really can't think of any.

    Other: if my completely non technical friend who calls me to put a new push on knob on her dryer can figure this out, anyone can. she installed it herself and got it charging and working right away with no hesitation. fits perfectly, has been working steadily for 5 months now
