Instant Man-Made Snow Powder

Pros: Comes in a nice sealed can
Fun for kids.
package (can) contains a small package with powder and a plastic shovel.

Cons: The out come is more like slush (wet snow) then snow.
It takes some time (seconds to minutes) for the snow to become snow.
makes allot of mess around the house.
The powder expands (x100 times) so eating it may cause you allot of harm.

Other: I thought this is something else where you add water and get this snow made out of this small foam pellets.. Oh well..

Pros: Very neat effect! Put the TINY packet of powder into a large glass, add water, and it swells to overfill the glass. The powder will expand into a heaping pile that will cover a large plate. Once expanded, the 'snow' can be packed and formed. It can also be dried which allows it to shrink back to a smaller size for future re-use.

Cons: Can be messy! The expanded 'snow' particles tend to stick to anything they touch so it can become kind of messy. You probably wouldn't want children playing with it. It takes forever to dry out and it never goes completely back to its original condition. The tin can and tiny shovel are useless.

Other: This is a fun product; if you are easily amused like I am, this really is a neat toy.

Pros: When living in the southern hemisphere after growing up in the northern hemisphere, it can be nice to create some "winter feeling" during x-mas. Last year I tried getting this before x-mas, but it arrived too late. So now I just got it in the summer :-) It expands a lot. How much I don't know, but 50x easy. It feels a little like real snow, with some effort you can make "snow balls" of it.

Cons: It dries slowly but surely. So during x-mas (summer) I need to keep it "wet". It is a bit messy... Make sure kids or pets (dogs / cats) will not eat it. Might not be too good for them. But once "expanded" I do not think it will be too harmful.. The stuff straight from the bag though might kill them....

Other: Fun stuff!

Pros: This is a unique novelty item which is at an affordable price.I have not seen anything like this here locally. There is a decent quantity of powder which is supplied in a packet with a small spade.All the contents is supplied in a small tin which is good for drying and repacking the powder for re-use.

Cons: They could maybe have supplied more powder as the contents in one tin will not produce too much.

Other: This product is though still recommended if you want to have some fake snow for decorative purposes indoors given the cheap price.

Pros: -Cool give away product -Verry cheap -We had with some adults a lot of fun experimenting with it. -Good Learning object for kids

Cons: - in the product description is it called "safe" but on the bottle are some serious warnings. -Its not verry much snow - you have to use it outside bcs fast expending stuff.

Other: Good product for money , its cheap and had a good fun factor. My kids love it to play with , i am considering to buy some more for a birthday party in the summer.

Pros: It's very cheap, a really fun gift, and looks nice. It's a lot of fun for both kids and adult.

Cons: The can is a lot smaller that what I expected, it looks a bit disappointing. It dented by the time it arrived which wasn't too great seeing as it was a gift.

Other: Bottom line, I don't regret my buy as it's a really fun gift item, especially in a "joke basket" kind of gift.

Pros: The snow is really cool idea to surprise the kids around the christmas tree. The small tool to mix and play with the snow is also puts an artistic look to the idea.

Cons: The quantity of the powder and also the outcome snow is too less to play or make cool staff. But for the price and and one time option its good.

Other: Should have for next christmas, if you missed that one. For 2014 I plan to buy more than 10. It will also be perfect gift for people for christmas.
