Pros: I am a Walker, a Runner and a Mountain Biker, so, ANY gadgets to promote body confort its a plus, wichever the merchandise. These insole it is very flexible, honeycomb structured on down side, and have a little extra solid gel, exactly under your ankles.

Cons: The soft short furry-like tissue on the top side, seems to me fragile on sport frictions from your socks, so, I really expects its grinding, under a short time. Inside my shoes, under using, I feel a strange bad senstion, like a very small sliding properties, wich makes me concern.

Other: I orderer one, to check its functions and I am on the streets feeling it, like under a Workbench Season. Lets wait, from news.

Pros: It makes any shoes feel really comfortable. Has honeycomb structured silicone on down side and some kind of soft velvet on the top. Mine does not have any extra solid gel, it's all the same texture.

Cons: No cons that i've noted. I am using it for only a few days and it's awesome. Does not seem to be made for sports, although i doubt there's an insole that fits perfectly enough to be safely used for jogging, etc.

Other: If you think your shoes are unconfortable, buy it and problem solved.

Pros: The insoles can be cut to your shoe size. Insoles are soft

Cons: The gel insoles are too soft. I had a weird sliding feeling with every step I took. The gel material broke down within a week of using! The worst part is that the soft gel material gave off a oily residue which stained the shoe that I used it on! Now I can't wear that shoe any more due to the oily stain in it.
